Alien Warrior legendary scale bust

Very nice looking, and an amazing price. I'd be very tempted to get this line if I had the display space for them. Sadly, I don't have anywhere they'd fit .

Hope they nail the execution on the final product for those that are getting it.

The Life Size Alien Warrior from a while back had the following as its size:

Product Size 21" H (533.4mm) x 16" W (406.4mm) x 36" L (914.4mm)*

So with this one being 1:2 ratio, odds are it'll be around:

10.5/11" H x 8" W x 18" L


We'll have to wait until Thursday to be certain, but that should be a decent estimate to go off of for those curious.

The nameplate also gives us a good idea to the size of the bust as well, as most nameplates seem to be about the same size.

I'm not a big Alien fan, More a Predator fan, so would only want one of these LSBs in my collection. Is Big Chap that much bigger than the Warrior? Also would appreciate it if someone, more in the know, could explain the main differences apart from size.

The MAIN difference is the "head"...which is basically the bust. The "dome" on Big Chap is sorta clear, but sorta not...there's a better word (maybe opaque?) but it's been a long day It's also smooth, and you can see the actual human-like skull in the front of it, as though it has eyes and a nose to a degree. It's pretty subtle, and not comedic...even though it sorta sounds like it.

The warrior was James Cameron's idea to change things up from the first film. It's got a solid dome, with a more intricate design throughout it. If you check the Big Chap SDCC 2013 video you'll be able to see the difference quite easily! But those are the "main" differences from a visual perspective. You'll also get a solid idea of the size of Big Chap from this video!

I didn't realise only the Big Chap had the 'transparent ' dome.
Might wait. Should't be any rush with these.

On the Aliens back:

the dorsal tubes are lower and the middle fin is higher on the big chap.

For example:

with The HCG big chap lifesize bust you only get the Fin in the back of the bust.

with the SS / SWS Warrior lifesize bust you get 2 dorsal tubes and the fin in the back of the bust.

Doesn't look like these are getting that treatment in the back. Would have been nice to get the tubes and fin on this one

Don't think big chap will be same price as the warrior. It's probably larger in scale, 10-15%... One can hope still
