Last pic is definately heading in the right direction Robo. You're right, eyes are all paint apps and they often make or break a figure. Angel could bring me back into the Buffy PF line or push me away for good.

Still don't care for the human sculpt, but the vamp head rocks! I'll definitely be displaying him with his game face. I would've preferred the leather jacket, but I think the outfit works fine. Nice pose too.

He looks... off. I don't know if he seems too old or what. I actually like the pose, but he definitely looks better with the vamp head.

And the nameplate looks good on this one.

I agree, the human head looks too old. I wish they would have gone with a younger looking sculpt of him instead of the season 7 of Angel look. I might still get him, the vamp head rocks!

Vamp head looks good. The pose doesn't look quite as good as I thought it would. Human head is meh. Too old and wrinkly.

Now besides the wrinkles this is by far the best DB/Angel sculpt around. And the hair looks good and detailed. Actually looks quite different from that other image we've been disecting, and far better.

Angelus is the way to go

Regular Head Comparision

Vastly improved, no cross-eye, detailed hair and Angel for sure.
The wrinkles are the only fault I see, but it doesnt bother me really

I'm REALLY glad that Sideshow offered a change-o-head...ORDERED! The human head looks better than I thought it would, but Angel still looks way too old. I'm not in love with the pose and outfit, but it's good enough.

It just doesnt seem right at all..

My thoughts exactly. The Vamp heads are just more interesting and the characters themselves are at their best when vamped and evil.
