Blackthorn is right though...Hummus is delicious.
I like my hummus with extra garlic and tahini. My recipe: 1 can of garbanzos, 3 tablespoons of tahini, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 3 large cloves of garlic, and a couple dashes of sea salt, blended well, to a creamy consistency. First, I put the garbanzos and the tahini in the blender, and blend until creamy. Then I chop the garlic very fine , and add the garlic and salt, and finally the lemon juice, and blend again. I add water to the desired thickness.
