I just bought this from BBTS. Can't believe I caved with all of the QC issues but I really want it. I am the type of person who poses these once and then leaves them so I'm hoping with some water treatment and a pose, I'll be happy.

I just opened my set and the QC problems are insane. My horse's eyes don't light up, the legs are all wonky and bent inward, my Nazgul's wrist peg are broken and stuck inside the forearm. The horse and Nazgul look good but QC problems killing this set. Time to email Asmus and see if I can get a replacement body. Oh and I'm also missing the sword...

They said they switched factories for Eowyn, I hope everything works out in the next releases. From what I've experienced, and from other people, customer support is trying to make things right

Did anyone get his Nazgul with two left leg armors? On mine both leg armors are the same, they should be different because the knee caps should be unsymetrical - each should have the outwards plate longer. On mine both knee caps are the same and knee cap plates are facing the same direction.

This cost me $446 Canadian from BBTS. I can't believe I spent that money knowing about all the QC problems.

So if you contact Asmus directly with your problems they help you out? Even if you bought from somewhere like BBTS?
