Well I took my dad mom and two sisters. They pretty much hated it. “You know it’s bad when your checking your watch the whole time” -Dad. Oh well I enjoyed it again , maybe give it an 8/10. I told them it’s the best avengers movie yet, LMAO! They could give a ****. They all loved guardians, Spider-Man , Antman so I thought it was worth a shot. Although I do find it ironically fitting that this be up there with the other vapid “record holders” avatar and titanic. I’m sure in time people will be saying the same things about this. Looking forward to Spider-Man, and watching them try to mop up this five year later mess.

My thoughts here are the same way third-degree burn patients don't feel pain. Their pain receptors have all been fried so there is nothing to send pain signals to the brain. My thought was that Stark was sufficiently fried to lose all bodily sensation. He was struggling to say "I am Iron Man" too.

True, that’s a good point.

I think this is true for ALOT of SW fans. Much of the fandom is based on childhood memories.

I’d agree that this plays a role to an extent. People tend to be more biased towards what they enjoyed and found entertaining in their childhood at a time when they didn’t really give the film critical thought, but hold newer films that may do the same exact thing to a different standard while giving their childhood films a pass because they have emotional attachment to it.

I was so waiting for him to say that when he was the only one facing Thanos and his entire army while battered and holding his broken shield, before everyone else showed up.

I love the Starkbucks cup. It's hilarious.

I mean, come on -- only the best movies have the best bloopers. Stormie hitting his head? In Raiders, there's a whole platform with a film crew hanging out in the background of a shot. Watches in Spartacus. The list goes on... GoT is in good company.
