are you sure it's the HT? I think that was the Toynami or something else

He is correct. it is in the instructions someone just posted on Facebook.

Yup, the guy that's been taking the first in hand pictures just forgot to activate it.


According the the instructions (see the third pic), the after burners do indeed glow with powerful LEDs. It looks like Hot Toys took a page out of Toynami's book with this thing.

With the whole "Try to put the bulk of the cape to the side" and "Try to put the cape in the gap" things... I have a feeling Tony Mei is going to have a run on custom capes when this thing starts hitting doorsteps. It seems it will be much easier to work with than the wired HT cape.

I think Tony did mention a shorter "Batmobile cape" at some point a few months ago.

The fact that HT wrote "TRY" in that crazy instruction booklet makes this thing even more of a must own.

Can you imagine buying a new TV, new Car or new Dish Washer and having the instructions booklet say this:

Try to change the channel with the remote.

Try to place your car into drive.

Try to place a plate onto the rack.

I really don't see the appeal of putting figures in these... they look more classy standing next to it. You're covering over half the figure when you shove them in the vehicle!

Apparently, it's way undersized. Dude from OSR got his and say Batman doesn't fit inside!

It looks like he doesn't even fit in two seats, let alone one!

Maybe they thought most people would pose Batman outside the car...

yeah I can't make head and tails out of the instructions for the booster lights lol But it's got them!!! DANG!!!
As for figure inside I usually would agree as I never given it a though to keep the Tumbler open and place Batman inside. But this one with the fine looking lit dash/interior I am actually temped to do just that as I imagine opening this cockpit up significantly more often... I may also be running out of space to display Keaton outside of the car LOL

I always wanted to have one Batman outside and one inside.

Why limit your display options.

Yeah, that was the first thing I noticed. That's basically them daring us to try and put him in that position to sit in the car.


Forget that, mine is standing next to it. Not using the other extras I got for it either.

My luck, I'd try and stuff one in and break the steering wheel or levers off. It just doesn't seem worth it having him inside. Even if I did achieve getting it in there, it still looks like an awkward and tight fit. It reminds me of the Kenner TDKC Batmobile where the figure looked like he was laying on his back inside.

I want him inside but with the canopy closed, I thought his head being seen thru the windshield would be bad ***.

But from the looks of it, it will look too stiff.

You could get a black true type and pop the head on it if you wanted to achieve that.
