Great pics Sallah. Where'd you get that base for your Keaton Batman figure?

I'd like to know the same thing? That looks great!
Looks great there, I've noticed on yours and a couple of other people's pics how important overhead lighting is to bring this to life. Sorry to hear about your scratch.
Set up looks amazing, sallah
nice pics Sallah !! congrats!!
That is an awesome display you have there Sallah.
Great shots Spanbauer and Sallah, they look fantastic. Also good to hear you got a perfect one Spanbauer, I know you were concerned. I love your detail shots.
And Sallah, yeah looking at the whole picture I'd deal with the scuffs you had. Thankfully it's just on one side and not really gouges. Your cocoon looks like it came out okay and survived the trip too. The display overall is very impressive. I didn't know you displayed all your Kenner items too, it's very clean and museumesque. Great work.
Thank you guys! There's no lights behind the seats or in the batmobile screen; just tricky lighting
Awesome pics guys!
Sallah, love the Batman room!! Do you have pics of your collection somewhere I could look at?! Awesome.
Snapped a few more this morning; hoping to do a set of the features/accessories this evening. Like I said before, it's damn near impossible to get this whole thing in the frame without showing the whole damn room! Seeing it in the light again this morning, I was really super impressed. And so was Batman
This is where I actually have it on display. I'm gonna pull the divides out on the shelf below and try it there to see what feels better.
love the pics you did, nice poses!!
Thanks fellas! Yeah the interior is really the highlight for me; and with the green and red lights it's like ChristmasGreat pics Spanbauer. The inside dashboard is so impressive.
I initially thought mine was perfect but under light there was a large area that did not match on the canopy. Almost as if someone took a belt sander to it before it was finished resulting in a large shiny spot. Has anyone determined if this thing is just polished plastic or is it painted black or perhaps just clearcoated with semi flat? Would help us that might try and repair it later. Sending it back is just not an option.
im confused....
people here are debating on getting it exchanged but SS and retailers have made it clear that isnt an option. so my question is what am i missing? from what i understand you have 2 options. full refund, or keep what you have. right? or no?
Beautiful-
But you do really need a Tony Meis cape.
Great couple of pics guys, it's nice to see some quality pics to counter balance all the QC crap. I'm seriously debating ordering it despite the QC issues. Batman 89 is one of my favorite movies and the batmobile is my most wanted car in the world so t's very hard for me to resist.
Originally I waited because it's huge and I didn't want to spend more than $400-500 on a collectible but I'm making an exception to that rule for a scant few pieces.... and of course this and Galactus have to come out within a month of each other...
I'm scared to get a banged up one but I don't think i can NOT take the chance on it and at least I know SSC will 'take care' of me with full refund if it comes to that.
I saw a pic in this thread of the cape and it looks great. How does one go about getting one and how much is it?
