They should...but they wont! It is infuriating when you put it like that. Customer satisfaction should always come first and there's quite a few unsatisfied ones for sure!
Still, if we are being honest...despite Sideshow's terrible handling of this situation, i doubt they will lose customers. For some collectors, Sideshow are still the best around at what they do and will always continue to use them...
Well, I am definitely looking twice at what I have on order from them... some of the things that I was going to get before will probably get cancelled now- If for nothing else than to make me feel like I took a stand against some bad business.
Orders with a NRD or that used points will stay. Everything else is on the chopping block. If I still want it, I can order it elsewhere cheaper. The biggest draw for SS for me was their excellent customer service, so I was willing to pay a bit more. With the Batmobile, I was not only given the runaround on processing my order, but I also have this scratch fiasco.... which overall gives me a negative view of the current customer service. Take away the benefit of good customer service, and going some place cheaper makes complete sense now.
