While I don't laugh, it definitely doesn't stir any desire or change my mind on what to expect. Cavill looking like a pissed off Zoolander character.......meh

Nice, pissed off Zoolander. :banana I

If Snyder does long battle sequences, the fight will be interesting since Superman has to use his intellect to subdue Batman since he can't much of his strength without killing him, and Batman will be able to go all out, which will allow for a lot of creativity.

Based on MoS, I assume Snyder will go balls out on the fight sequence which won't be realistic. Should he happen to go down the intellectual route, it'll need to be done well or it'll fall flat. Knowing Bats wants to kick Supes ass and Supes just playing around trying not to hurt Bats will leave it without much drama or suspense making a rather anti-climatic battle if poorly done.

I assume the team up battle(s) may be more interesting.

it's just a trailer and it does excite me..i'm a dc fan and love the chracters:hi5:

now the Civil War trailer BORES me...:lol.

You cared enough to post a comment saying you couldn't see it. Still, regardless of whether you care or not...or whether you can see it or...not, he does kick the car, but hypothetically speaking, even if he didn't, the fact that he didn't stopped the car and just let's it hit him and then bounce off of him and crash, shows the difference between Snyderman and the old school Superman, which shows that Snyder didn't learn anything from the first film.
That's one of the things critics and some fans criticized...that Sups just didn't care, and in that one little clip from a tv spot, it shows that the character has not changed at all. I don't have a problem with it, but those who did have a problem with Superman being careless and a jerk in the first film better not give it a pass this time just because Batman is in it. That's all I'm saying.

I don't think Batman trying to run over Superman in his Batmobile (Let's hope that's not his master plan :lol) is a fair judge of Superman's character. No wonder Superman gave the car a little nudge with his foot, he's probably like "what a d***."

I know you're playing devil's advocate, but my counter argument for that is that Batman at this point is a vigilante, even a criminal in the eyes of Clark, possibly trying to run Supes over, and Supes is like "oh yeah, let me give you a little lesson" which is completely in-character for Supes, the Batmobile is a damn tank, I'm sure it can take a slight kick.

If anything, such restraint shows that Snyder has in fact warmed up to the more subdued Superman imo.

You don't think they deserve a 6.1/10 and a 6.3/10?

Nope, I think MoS is at least a solid 7, and Watchmen a solid 8.

I agree with Snoop. I don't think he was trying to run over Sups, so I think "classic" Sups would have stopped the car right then and there, therefore protecting his "enemy/adversary" and making sure there's no collateral damage. Instead, Snyderman kicks the car like a football with no regards of the environment increasing the chances of hurting a human being, while the car crashes into someone's gas station or building causing an explosion and therefore property damage, and Sups just flies away giving zero ***** :yess: Vintage Snyderman!:clap It's like a big middle finger to the MOS haters.

I'm not sure what you are talking about :lol Supes (any version) is not above slightly scaring, hurting or letting a criminal hurt himself every now and then, because criminals are always trying to see by themselves if all they say about Supes is true, how many times hasn't Supes fried a crook's hands by superheating their guns with his heat vision?

He didn't even kick it like a football, it was the slightest kick to show who's boss. It's quite the opposite of what we saw in MoS if you ask me.

Yes, letting them hurt themselves, but not other people. That car crashed into a small building behind him and he's like, "I don't give ****. Look at me fly away! You deal with the fire and the property damage.. and the people burning inside. Gotta go write another puff piece editorial about how awesome I am mother******!" :yess: I  he snaps Doomsday's neck too....while Aquaman rides a giant whale that crashes into ten buildings in super slow motion.

No, not really. I know it was Zod who did all that, but since people hated MOS, I'd love for Snyder to actually make Superman do all the things he was accused of doing in MOS, just to see if people and critics give it a pass because Batman is in it.

Eh, I'm over it, I'm still excited about it but I think I'm gonna be as lukewarm about it as I am about TFA as far as debates go, too much pre-hype/controversy is killing my own hype, if the movie is decent, I'll be happy, I'll chat a little about it, and that's it.

I don't feel the hype...and the WB marketing seems a bit slow, with some posters, some crappy looking toys and a cereal. I mean, I'm still watching all kinds of SW commercials and that film has been out a while. Also, the last trailer almost killed all the excitement. The only thing that got me back into this film was that fake review of the film...oh well.

:exactly:

But that's not cool enough for Snyder who sees everything through Miller-tinted glasses.
