Why do I get the feeling this will bomb and release quickly on blu Ray

it will.....probably be great but not a mass appeal film(the original was a bomb )

Thank you for posting that. IMO frank, fair, intelligent.

Not sure if I'm seeing this or not - or, at least right now. For me, the first one is a "perfect" film and like Alien - I dunno, am all for sequels, depending, but some things IMO should be just left alone - for me. Sounds intriguing tho and not a disaster of a sequel.

Yay, if you like ambitious filmmaking, sci-fi noir, but the third act might be disappointing.
