No one is saying it's okay because he's a star. Just that he's human...we all make mistakes, lose our temper, etc... For all we know he apologized and everything is cool between him and the other guy. We don't know the whole story and what happened after and it's just wrong to judge someone based on what a gossip source like tmz tells us.

How's it ironic? There are tons of ass holes in the world, just most of them aren't significant enough to get any press time for it. I worked in the oil fields for 7 years and what Bale did was nothing, i'm sure construction or the military aren't any different. ^^^^ even that Simon guy on Idol and Donald Trump go off on people and talk some mad ^^^^. But it's a new age and the delicate little flowers make all the rules now.

Let's not forget Hell's Kitchen - that show is crazy!

I'm realizing that.....hope they don't live in any glass houses.

I can see where some people would be put off - simply because celebrities do get a ton more slack than us regular people....but I've always heard wonderful things about Bale and it just kinda bums me out that people will be so quick to judge someone that has always been a stand up guy for one mistake. Oh well....it's almost as frustrating as talking politics. People will think what they want and well....we all know what I think.

I wish I was in a position at my job where I could so fully let my feelings loose. I have to hold back far to often at work, and it sux ass.

Let me tell you, I was an extra for DK, and they told us that we couldn't make any contact at all with any of the actors, or ask for autographs, talk to them, even pretty much look at them, or they would throw you out of the set in a second if you screw up anything !!
Very tight security, and there were like 30-40 crew people during our scene, which wasn't a major one, so, honestly, in this case, I think it's McG's and crew's fault...
But man, those videos are funny!

haha I think this is great. But ppl are making to big of a deal about this,so the guy snapped on set,I'm pretty sure he wasn't he only guy to ever do this. He was probably the only one caught snapping while being recorded. I mean Russle Crowe is a d**k and is always being like that.

I can't see it hurting his career tbh. It's boosted his publicity and the movie's publicity among the less rabid part of the population

Plus it was over care for his craft, there'd be a lot of "god he's a ^^^^" if he was yelling at his assistant for putting one sugar too many in his tea.
