Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

I'll see this eventually, but I have a feeling I'm going to feel the same way afterwards. lol
If you was against it to begin with then there's no reason to waste your time.
Overall it feels overdone yet incomplete, but still has good intentions and moments.
Better than "Jerkassic Whoreld", "Da Farce Awakens", "****busters" and other modern franchise revivals.

I'm glad it's making bank. Would he cool to see some new Squad mates for a second.

I'd love to see:
Deadshot
Deathstroke
Killer Frost
Killer Croc
Captain Boomerang

Or a few other C-list and below villains like Livewire or King Shark.

Yes #1 again!!! I said before I was going to smoke a fat blunt and see it in imax 3d. It was awesome, my friends all loved it. The action was better than I previously thought. the first fight scene against the blobs was great, and then Harleys elevator scene the audience clapped ( perfect song choice.) Also that wonderwoman trailer looked amazing.

My friends all thought boomerang was the worst character, but they all loved the witch.

I was excited for this and it turned out to be too 3 worst superhero films I've seen in the last 20 years or so. I honestly believe the Schumacher Bat films were better movies.

I didn't like Jurassic World and The Force Awakens (haven't seen Ghostbusters) but they are farrrrrrr better movies than this, in almost every way. Only thing SS has on them is its fresh, filled with characters we haven't seen before but that's really about it.

Take off Slade and we're set. Slade is an A-List Villain In-Universe, there's no reason for him to be working with a bunch of C-Listers. By putting him there you tarnish his reputation and he loses a major component of what makes his character work. So, yeah, no Deathstroke...

Anyway, if I had my way, the SS 2.0 would look something like this:

1) Deadshot
2) Killer Frost
3) Captain Boomerang
4) Clock King
5) Bronze Tiger
6) Plastique
7) Shark-King

+

Waller & Flagg

killer frost is a must for the sequel :lecture

It's amazing just how many crappy B-C list of characters DC has when compared to Marvel's B-C list.

Eh, both have about the same ammounts. You've got good B/C Listers like Moonstone, Vigilante, Question and Songbird, but then you have crap like Atlas and James Gordon Jr. DC has some really great B/C-List villains though. Namely Prometheus and Owlman.

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

Man, I wanna see Question on a big screen so much. :monkey2

Right on. I'd also love to see Deadman and, this is gonna sound nuts, but... I want a Crime Syndicate movie. I want to see Owlman dammit! I'll settle for him being Bruce's brother who was taken by the Court though. Affleck needs to include the Court, either in the first film, or by dropping hints and saving them for the third movie.

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

"Crime Syndicate" stand alone film, without Justice League, would be too awesome.
