I took my kids to see this last night and we all really enjoyed it. Visuals were outstanding and trippy AF. I do agree with the comment above on how Strange beats the big villain at the end is kind of stupid.

But other than that, a pretty enjoyable movie for me.

But... why? It made sense in the story and fits the character perfectly.
It's not like he could distract the villain by dancing or some stupid crap like that. *wink wink*

I enjoyed it . Won't say it's the best Marvel but top five for me . Benedict went from no accent to British accent in some scenes. As everyone has said, the visuals were absolutely amazing . Solid movie , 9/10 for me

It's straight from the comics

The way he beats ....... at the end is exactly what the comic character would've done. I thought it was well done.

I did not read the comic, but I had the impression that that's exactly how someone like him would have done it.

It was a fun movie and a very good origins film. Iron man and guardians are up there as the best kick off origin marvel movies imo.

I'm hoping black panther is better though with the overall talent that's in it.

I think this is my third favorite Marvel Studios film, after Iron Man and Cap 2.

I really hope he doesn't get lost in the shuffle with the other characters in future movies. He's good as the lead.

I'm just glad that they gave him...

... classic gloves in the post credit scene.
Here's hope he'll get classic yellow belt in the next film.

So yeah, I'm gladly skippin' current HT figure and waitin' for the next one.

Just saw it. It's a good movie and a good origin story. I didn't think the humor was too much at all, but I was expecting the film to be more trippy and psychedelic. I saw the 3D version and honestly, I don't think 3D is necessary. As far as how Dr. Strange defeated the villain, I thought it was well done and it felt like something Dr. Who would do. The cast was great and I want to see more of Dr. Strange.

My ranking of MCU origins

1. Iron Man

2. Dr. Strange

3. GOTG

4. Thor

5. Ant-Man

6. Capt: First Avenger
