I think he wants to hog it all to himself.

I decided to repaint the Beijing GOD head from scratch. Before I dipped the head into the solution to strip the paint, I removed the Evision system to prevent any damage to the mechanism or the eyeballs. Take a look.

My Evision came with straight eyes, but for the folks who have unfortunately received crooked eyes, I tried to figure out how the eyes went out of alignment and what can be done to correct it. Looking at the Evision setup, it seems impossible that the eyes were somehow "shaken" out of place during shipment. It had to be a more fundamental problem. The eyeballs are connected together by a pivot link, and the control arm end of the pivot link is inserted into finger ball that controls the eye movement. I could only think of 2 ways that can cause crooked eyes in this setup. Either the holes for connecting pins weren't placed correctly on the pivot link and/or the eyeballs, or the backing plate for the eyeballs were defective thus throwing the eyes out of alignment. Any other guesses?

I am looking forward to seeing pictures of the custom painted GOD head !

By the way, I am hoping that someone with a crooked eyed EVision DB head will sell or trade to someone like yourself, Tin or someone else who might be able to make the operation to fix the crossed eyed heads for those who have that problem with their BD head...

Maybe someone could write EB an e-mail and ask them to address on how to fix this (at own risk of course) ?

The braclets I've seen look like tiny keyrings, you could probably get them by the dozen at a hardware or DIY store and paint them yourself.

Rogerbee, I am trying to find a solution that will help some of us that are having the original DB head with the crossed eyed EVision system but do not want to send it back to get a fixed DB head replacement with the recent eye system - and I think it would be a good idea to at least ask EB if they have some tips or feedback. You never know...

Btw, I do not know to whom you are addressing about the bracelet...

True about emailing EB about Evison, they may help and may also offer a new head. If there was an effective solution they may have kept it in the heads.

I meant the bracelet reply to come after the post you made regarding them. I made my own so I'm ok.

Nope, I got the first "Game of Death", "The Way of the Dragon", both "Enter the Dragon" (A&B) and "Kato". Did not get the HT DX "Enter the Dragon" figure.

I tried the HT glasses on the BD head sculpt. Glasses are a bit small I think, but can be placed & stay on the head

I tried the HT glasses on the BD head sculpt. Glasses are a bit small I think, but can be placed & stay on the head

....but be careful because those two ends of the temple are sharp and could scratch the surface of the head.
