i still need to pick this game up and play it. i rented it and only ended up playing it for about an hour.

Played it for about an hour? Yeah, you haven't even scratched the surface of what is to me...definitely Game Of The Year! :D

I hope to download Mothership Zeta tomorrow. I've got all of the downloadable content up to now.

This is a game I really, really, really, really wanted to get into, but couldnt for whatever reason.......its DLC amt and content is totally amazing though....!

How long does it take to do everything?

Define "everything". . .it depends on how hardcore you are. There's a main quest which you could probably do in a day or two, if you did nothing else, but more than likely you'll be sidetracked by all the other things to do. I went on a "vacation" from work and played Fallout 3 for 5 days straight for at least 12 hours a day and didn't do "everything".

Yes, you read that right, I spent my first paid vacation from my job playing video games.

That's cool! I wish I could have done that. We just got back from a big road trip vacation. Lots of driving...but we enjoyed it.

Yeah, a "video game vacation" would be great! :D

I've played through all the DLC's released so far, and for me it was about 4 to 5 hrs to complete each DLC. Although these expansions are easy to get through, when being close to the level cap of the main game. I hope there will be other DLC's after Zeta, as I think Bethseda should be supporting this one with DLC's right until Vegas comes out. So much more can be expanded upon/put into the storyline, especially in tying in Fallout 1 and 2 eras. I'd like to see a time travel element, or similar to the VR as in Op. Anchorage.

Just to add, I've been playing the PC version on my very outdated system - XP3000/512mb Vcard/2Gb Ram and it runs flawlessly at 800x600 (good enough for me anyways). I was glad about that, considering Fallout is my favourite series, and that not many recent games would work at all on my setup :lol

..actually, maybe I am missing out on a great deal of the visuals, judging by those screen shots Spartan! :lol

I am taking a week off of work to play Diablo 3 when it comes out. :)

i made the leap and bought this game. I never knew it was an rpg with guns. I thought it was just a FPS. Im pumped. It will be at my house when i get home today. I have a 3 day weekend coming up so i will be smokin and shooting all weekend.
