What happened? The pics from the first post looked great. That looks just awful. Why GG? Why must you get our hopes up for awesome product, and then deliver garbage?

I don't like this rendition, and I'm glad I bailed on GG after their horrible customer service at conventions and online a few years back. I do however love the McQuarrie concepts, especially the one in my sig, which should be arriving sometime this month! Can't wait.

I think the eFX has great potential to be an amazing collectible. And I heard from my dealer today that it has eight coats of paint!

Man, that looks awful in black. Looks like they should have used blue to add highlights and definition. As it is, he's very monotone and ends up looking bland.

The faux bronze (I guess because of the different colors) looks much better.

You're right... a dark blue was for highlights may have made a world of difference.
