I posted this in another thread but may be more appropriate here.

For those of you who have already seen the movie (without giving spoilers), is that leaked after credits scene legit and more importantly is there a mid-credits scene as well that moves the story forward?

No spoilers here, but I saw the early screening on Tuesday as I said. For us, there were NO credit scenes. I have avoided the "leaked" one because I plan on seeing the movie again this weekend.

James Gunn tweeted that the credits scene will be in the movie starting Thursday night at the first actual / paid showings of the movie.

I have been avoiding spoilers myself, so I have no idea whether there are one or two credit scenes. I'd be surprised if there was only one. But again, we saw zero.

Thanks for posting..so what are the top THREE Marvel pics in your opnion?...I know I'll like this movie but will I fall head over heals for it???? The net is buzzing big about this but I'm guarded...

Well for me personally It will be really hard to top The Avengers, just because there was SO much buildup to it, and IMO it far exceeded what I had hoped for. For a movie to be that hyped and for me to enjoy it even more than I had hoped....hard to top. Which is why I was so disappointed in GotG, I absolutely LOVED the trailers, and all I heard going into it was "best Marvel movie ever" and "better than The Avengers and Winter Soldier".

I think if I hadn't heard those things going into it, I would have felt better coming out of it. Is GotG really, really, really good? Definitely. Are the majority of you going to love it? Most likely. But in my opinion, it's not better than WS or TA.

GotG for me had a lot going for it, but only once or twice did it really wow me, really touch me. Honestly, I'm not even sure what would be #3 for me behind TA and WS. There are a lot of Marvel movies that are really, really good. But IMO, I enjoyed TA and WS more than all the others.

No offense, but yuck. Haha Spider-man 2 and X2 aren't deserving in my opinion.

My list is:

1) Captain America: The Winter Soldier
2) Iron Man
3) Avengers

Lemme guess cuz it aint "marvel studios" right? Spiderman 2 wipes the floor with half the mcu movies. I'd say only avengers, iron man and Tws can compare to it so far.

Staying away from any trailers or any reviews. Gonna see this with no expectations at all.

I saw the first 2-3 trailers, and avoided everything that has come out in the last 6-8 weeks like the plague.

Still felt like I'd already seen too much.

Oh and also, like a lot of Marvel movies these days, there are several things in the trailers that are different in the movie, or not in the movie at all. Which I like.

Just saw this, which will be the version shown tomorrow at 7PM at my theater. It was fantastic! Not sure where it sits with the other Marvel movies as this is definitely it's own thing. More comparable to Firefly than a super hero film. Anyway, the end credit scene is just the
Collector with Howard the Duck. Just the one, no others. It was funny, but I was really hoping to catch a glimpse at Avengers 2 but oh well

Great film and a hell of a lot of fun.

I have seen some trailers and some minor footage but definitely trying to avoid as much as I can until I see it tomorrow. I am definitely not a fan of 3d but I love IMAX so I have to just deal I guess.

For top 3 Marvel movies ever, they would have to go to Iron Man, Winter Soldier, and Avengers, in no particular order. I don't foresee this breaking into the top 3 to beat out one of them but definitely potential for top 5.

WOW! :clap

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie... I would give this movie 10/10, not many deserve that but this movie does, Marvel have produced yet another gem, right up there with The Avengers and The Winter Soldier

:clap..... :clap...... :clap

Saw it a few hours ago and thought it was fantastic.

Except for Chris Pratt. He was bloody awful.

Not that it mattered because Rocket & Groot were awesome, they were always likely to steal the show for me and they didn't disappoint :yess:

I'll probably catch it another couple of times at the cinema.

Same I haven't watched anything since the first trailer. Have to hit the mute button on TV as I don't want to hear Rocket speak until I'm there.

Well it's no longer at 100% down to 89% now. But that's good enough for me.

Looks like X-Men Days of Future Past retains it's title.
