I'd get MkVI as in the movie you only see War Machine with the MkVI, and you have the option of the battle damaged look. But as many have already stated, both look fantastic, so you can't really go wrong either way!

But BD VI will look odd next to Non BD WM, no?

..but for those who already have the iv it's best to display the vi damaged, i will be doing this but i agree it will look odd next to a clean warmachine, i weathered the ____ out of my warmachine with some wethering powder stuff just to take away that plastic look...but even that's not enough to make it look as damaged as the vi.

I could still be wrong but you have overlooked the fact they have a picture of it in box what more do you need?

Just because we have one picture of it in a box doesn't mean anything. For all we know they could be making sure the thing fits in the box

I'm just unsure because usually Hot Toys will release images of the final product - we haven't even seen the headsculpt yet.

Plus Hot Toys said it wouldn't be ready till May and suddenly we are getting it far closer to the original release. Something just doesn't sit right with me.

Whatever reason they had for pushing it back till May must have been pretty important otherwise why leave so much time?
I'm starting to think a new headsculpt won't be arriving with this, I hope i'm wrong for you guys getting it..

But like I said something just doesn't sit right with me.

Its gonna be released in 2012.

Seriously, I think it will be released on Feb 8th in HK.

A bit cruel to tease with a boxed figure if the figure isn't even going to look like that in box.

As for any pre-announcements from HT this is basically what we get (rarely is there an update from their official site until the day it is out) so we maybe getting something over the weekend or Monday. I'm just trying to keep the faith that this figure is still coming as a toyhunters post is the best we are going to get.
