EXACTLY! Its the GREEN Goblin's ear. And its not included with this. So that would indicate they are making him quite soon as well.

Bring on Doc Oct and Sandman.

Sure. Sandman with attachments like the T1000 would rock. Knowing HT he would be made of real sand too.

Also, the Sandman looked quite a bit like his comic counterpart. Green Goblin? Not so much. Doc Ock looked different from the comic version, but still looked quite cool. Green Goblin? Not so much.

I'd buy all three. The Green Goblin, Ock and Sandman.

Evilface brings up a good point about Sandman and the part potential like the T-1000. I don't like him in Spider-Man 3, but visually, he's spot on to the comics. Par that with the option possibility, (swap out arms, sliced off head, etc) and give it a nice sand texture, similar to the skin texture Hot Toys gives their figures and I think it would be a hit. I'd buy it and just forget about his characterization in Spider-Man 3 because visually he's great.

I could see myself owning a shelf containing a regular Spidey, Green Goblin, Doc Ock and Sandman. Like the classic comic characters from the comic in film representations instead of specific films.

The Green Goblin would be nothing more than this New Goblin and TDK Batman in terms of complication.

Green Goblin

- Suit like TDK (without the leakage),
- Dafoe portrait
- Head with mask (maybe have removable eye lenses)
- Glider
- Accessories (pumpkin bombs, trident etc.)
- Figure base for glider

The only difficult part of Doc Ock would of course be designing the tentacles and harness. But after seeing their Iron Man figures and Whiplash, I doubt they'd have a problem.

Doc Ock

- Some regular True Type with a new upper torso
- Molina portrait
- Sunglasses
- Shirt, trench coat etc.
- base

Then Sandman, just make him along the lines of T-1000,

- Muscle True Type
- Church portrait
- Alternate arms/hands
- An alternate headsculpt of some time for "damage"
- base

If Sandman and Ock seem too bare bones they could always throw in money or briefcases.

That all sounds great what DiFabio said there, I never thought of HT making Sandman but when you describe the figure like that he sounds great. My most wanted figure of all the Villians is easily the Green Goblin so I hope HT will make him, followed by Doc Ock but about the tentacles remember HT have been there before a few years back with the Matrix Sentinel, which according to reviews they nailed.

..but that particular teaser had "succession" in it, this teaser i believe was just for New Goblin.

They didn't seem too. If you read the comments they post themselves they were unsure and kept questioning Tomm Wong Jr. about whether or not it was coming.

Needless to say though i still say they don't work for Hot Toys so whether they include the ear of the Green Goblin mask is no indication to future Hot Toys products.

I agree too. The GG ear was just a hint as to what was next. I don't think we should read too much into the GG being on the shelf anytime soon. Be we can all hope, I guess.

From Spider-man I think we will get two figures.

Green Goblin and Battle Damage Spidey

From 2 I think we will only get Doc Ock. That is IF we get that far.

I agree with us getting Ock first (I wasn't listing them in order) it makes more sense to give us a break before we get a second Spider-man figure, which is slim but possible.

I would happily buy a battle damaged Spidey as long as it's the one from the final fight in Spider-man after he gets hit by the pumpkin bomb.

I am pretty sure they don't work for Hot Toys. To begin with they are based in France, but the person who runs it is very friendly with Tomm. So as soon as he knows, they know. From the look of things Tomm had both the Superman and Goblin Figures at the same time, so that is why info on New Goblin got leaked out so early
