Based on the pics on Ebay of the body type, i'd say yes, to a limited extent.

I'd buy this in a heartbeat if it was sculpted hair. I don't really see a great deal of likeness as it is... there's a little bit of a resemblance but not like the HT usual IMHO.

This is totally a random question, mainly targeted to the male members of the avengers. But what do their bodys look like ??? (C. America and Hawkeye mainly) i have a few hottoys figures but i have never taken their clothes off. i saw the bodys on ebay but they have white wrapping around the bodys (i guess thats whats under the clothes????) so far ive only seen it on the men (since my babydoll does not have it and i dont think my silk spectre has it.) i mean i know the diffrent types of truetype body's but why r they wrapped under the clothes??? and also (at least to me) the photos of the black widows body on ebay looks nothing like her shots from OMG's photos? i thought she had a newly developed body...or am i wrong??

EVERY pre-order requires a deposit. Flexpay or not. It's a insurance for SSC so people don't back out and end up left with a bunch of unpaid figures.

Not exactly true. I po'ed Thor and Coulson and I didn't put a deposit on either. It will say if an NRD is required.

That's a big 10-4. BW and Bane are already in hand in Hong Kong. If MKVII was set to release in March we'd be seeing something.

Oh yeah been meaning to ask why do you call yourself Viking Spawn but have a picture and sig of hulk?

Correct me if I am wrong, but there was a Viking Spawn on the Spawn forums before they were shut down. I believe they are one and the same and he did in fact have some Spawn.

Slamscaper you are correct! I was registered over at the deceased Spawn forum for over 10 years before they shut it down. I used to collect numerous McFarlane products, including the Spawn series. (and I even had the Viking series too.)

I chose this board name because I was both a Spawn and Minnesota Vikings fan! My father was born and raised in Minnesota which he then rubbed off on me when I was a small child back in the 70's.

Since then, I've used my Viking Spawn alias on every board I frequent. Nowadays, I collect HT and McFarlane's Halo action figures.

As for the Hulk, he has always been my favorite super hero since the 70's as well. I used to read the comics when they were 35 cents and I enjoyed the old TV series too! So when I jumped on board the HT collecting train (mainly Marvel), I picked the Hulk which doesn't really match. But oh well.... Nobody's perfect.

All of the actors have different body shapes, and HT can't have ten different figure bodies, so they will make the clothing slightly larger and pad the figure body out slightly.
I think it's just to preserve the correct proportions for the figure without having to make each body underneath bespoke for that character.
As for Widow, there's no need for a new body if an older one will work just fine. Their female bodies look okay to me.
