SSC sent me an RMA email yesterday, today, I received 27 more. (Glitch in their system)
And just send your own pics guys, I told SSC that my rubber was sucked in and that I was sure that the cracking was to follow. As some parts of my dome have become shinier than other parts....
Mine ISNT cracking yet, anywhere. I'm just not taking that gamble as much as I like to keep this piece. I think everyone that ordered From SSC should do the same. Wanna be heard? That's the way.
Honesty is key, they are pretty cool and they are taking care of customers.
Don't expect that treatment if you send others peoples pics though.
I've had to return a few things to them the last couple of years and they've always been great about it. A busted Batpod, Catwoman's crappy goggles and a broken IM Mark 1 2.0. But I don't feel like there's anything wrong with my ED yet so I'm not sure I should try to get a refund until there is.
