Getting the armor leg on Tony Stark all I did was wrap the pant leg around the leg and pulled the pant leg down and it worked its not perfect but it worked.

My tony's left elbow sucked. And I ended up breaking my leg armor above the knee when I put the boot on. >.<

thats hot toys for you. I literally have to handle all my hot toys like my new born. I broke many in the past and now i handle them like i do like tom cruise does his missions in mission impossible. :lecture

Ugh. Was supposed to have mine today but it's not here and still stuck in hold at facility request status! Last update was departing from CA Monday. Seriously UPS wtf? :gah:

Got mine today, very cool but a couple of annoying parts. Putting the stuff in the backpack was somewhat difficult, especially putting the newspaper under the straps took me forever. I finally lightly wrapped it around a toothpick and gently pushed it under the straps. Also the piece of the leg armor by the knee broke off but it stays on fine so I don't think it truly broke. The arc reactor stays on very faintly on mine when the switch is off. Not sure whether to contact Sideshow about it or not.

That backpack was a treat alright. Using tweezers made everything infinitely easier to install. :lol

Breaking leg armor? :eek

So many people having chest reactor issues, yikes. Very glad I was fortunate to get a perfect one.

My leg armor broke off in the exact same place. Thank you to a little krazy glue!

I emailed Sideshow about a new body so hopefully they send a replacement. My only real issue with a Hot Toys figure thus far (that I couldn't fix on my own at least).

I didn't even have to glue mine. I just was able to pop it back in and it sits in place fine and hasn't come off again. I'm able to bend the knee and everything fine and haven't had an issue with it coming off.

I thought I was going to be able to hold off on expediting my flex pays and just wait for it when it was originally scheduled, but I caved and had them charge the full price last night, can't wait for it to come. I like that he has the same bag as the one I use, so it will be cool to see a miniature version of that.

It's kind of pathetic that Hot Toys couldn't get the electronics to work correctly the second time around on this body.

More pics with poses coming soon!

Arc Reactor is working without any problems, yay! I'm having trouble bending his right arm (left if you're looking at him from the front) at the joint. The right I'm having no problem but the left is a lot harder and I'm afraid to use too much force and break the connector that connects it to the upper arm. Anyone else have that problem?

Anyone that has had an acr reactor not work, do we send the whole thing back or just the body with no parts / clothes?
