After what happened with the Mark 85 head sculpt, who else is expecting a head sculpt of this

Me.

I always use the headsculpts, and not the masks/helmets. So a situation like the EG Iron Man is a no go for me.

I would think he makes the most sense for the next one up, either him or Advance Suit Spidey.

Guys, don't worry! No need to hold your breath cause I've seen the future already and they F this one up too.

How do I know you ask? Easy, their recent work ethic makes this one a near-guaranteed failure! It was a subpar prototype (which only happened cause customers complained they were reusing a headsculpt for the FIFTH time!), so the final product will undoubtedly be worse!

I'll eat my words if I'm wrong, but I know I won't be. I've already written this figure off cause I know HT disappoints more than they delight these days! At least you can take solace in knowing you'll save money and because I told you so!

I'm more concerned about the suit on this one than the head. The prototype suit is original BVS pre order levels of bad.

Yeah I'm 100% concerned with the outfit. If the headsculpt is bad we can still use old alternatives. They can't botch this one on the outfit. They must use the IW chest piece.

I've become that bit much more invested in how this turns out after unintentionally getting the Iron Man 85 and deciding to keep it - now I want the Endgame iterations of Cap and Thor where previously I was going to pass on them.

Never been impressed by the Evans' likenesses from Hot Toys, he just seems to be one of those actors they're never going to nail so you kinda have to accept what you get but one hopes they can at least fix issues with the outfit.

I agree. HT hasn't missed an opportunity to make money off every iteration of Cap they can. It's pitiful we still get this block man figure with a shield and crap articulation every time

The Civil War figure, is very posable. One of the better HT figures for posing, in fact, because there's no risk of damaging the suit, as it is fabric.

Sure, the fat suit means it has less range of motion than many other figures, but who cares if you can't pose those figures without ruining their suits? Give me a choice between posing Cap and posing Spider-Man, I'll choose Cap.

Now that everything is done with weird vinyl outfits and printed on detail, though, the articulation is irrelevant because the suits don't stand up to posing.

True the older suits will hold up better long term than any of the new ones.

Hey Star Spangled Man was an awesome concept of a figure. The execution not so much. Ugly Sculpt and not in a good way.
If they made a better version of that i would totally want it. Homage to the comics and to WW propaganda which i think is great.
