Really love how Tank turned out! Muted, satin finish, great weathering and "heat" marks. I think its better look than Heartbreaker, but the weathering really helps in that dept. For a big, bruising looking armor the "damage" fits, plus HB was nice and worn in the film too. I may one day get the nerve to rough up Heartbreaker a bit...

All good except one big errant swatch of silver paint on the arc reactor. I don't know if I can remove it without messing up the clear plastic, I'll have to see what Sideshow says.

Just got Tank, I'm really digging this guy

Yeah he's great no doubt. Personally, I prefer his colors over Heartbreaker's but that's probably only because there are so many red/gold Armors. By the way, how do you feel about his plastic thrusters (on hands) and the "chest *****" (that you've actually got him pictured with)?

They're welcome accessories In my opinion. I heard one reviewer say (while complaining about AoU Thor's light up Mjölnir) that the chest ***** isn't needed because we've never seen anything like that "effect" in the films. As far as Thor's hammer lighting up, sure, Mjölnir never does that but I think HT did that to actually light up the plastic lightning included. With Tank, sure we never saw it use the unibeam but there have been times in the movies where Stark uses the Unibeam (fight with Stain, birthday party, etc.) and I just feel like that's what they were trying to imitate.

Anyways congrats on a great addition to the armory!

Sorry for the crappy picture, my OtterBox case messes up my lens on my iPhone 6 sometimes.

Also, your pose is FANTASTIC!!!

All the effects are good IMO, just gotta get the right angle and the pose right.

That reviewer doesn't know what he's talking about and doesn't understand lighting :slap

Your description of why Tank is so great is the most eloquent I've heard/read to date! Personally, I was stunned when I pulled him out of the box knowing that it was a repaint of Heartbreaker but could never come close to describing why like you did! Excellent description!

Actually, the guy who said those things is one of the best In my opinion and is a major HT IM collector plus I absolutely respect him. I just disagree with the assessment regarding that particular point.

And yep, the unibeam was used on Air Force 1, good call!

Anyone know who I can contact on this forum about censoring? The fact that ***** (a dong) is censored is stupid but my last name also gets censored in PM's which is annoying when trying to buy or sell something.
