Nah - pvc pipe arms that bend & smoosh in unnatural ways, ain't no sculpting master piece.. sorry.

I don't bend them.

Don't like the permanent uber tensed neck muscles either. How does that make sense when he's set up in a relaxed pose?

The expression they gave him is far from relaxed. The neck muscles are a build of tension, because he's thinking about hitting something, or someone!

Looks really good to me, but not a big enough fan to purchase enjoy guys.

I still have a hard time getting over the perm and the chest hair V. Although I suppose it's better than the caveman look Ferrigno was rocking.

Have the first version. Ordered the second. Couldn't resist. Looks too good to pass up the deluxe and all the new options.

I'm pretty sure a lot of other people might have said this but, you all do know that there will be another version HT will bring out don't you? I've seen a lot of other AOU hulk figs with different shorts (red stripe) and I would assume hT would use this to their advantage to scrape more dollars out of your pockets. Also, rumors of a red eyed version maybe?

I'm just going to stick with the first one, I don't care for the High-tech gym shorts or the faces on this new Hulk...

If the do this, big IF, it won't be soon. A red stripe on shorts is not a big enough difference to actually add customers that would not otherwise buy. Nor is it a big enough difference to have people ordering this version to buy a second. Same with red eyes. So it's not that great a business move. They would be better off holding any further release till a slow down. There are a dozen other figures they are trying to sell.

Yeah, I don't see it, either. Next Hulk will be Avengers 3 unless they do a re-release with Banner (everything the same on Hulk).

Don't agree. If hot toys puts it out, you all will buy. Look at just about every other figure that comes out. To tell you the truth, I see absolutely no reason whatsoever for somebody that owns the first one, should get this one. Subtle differences, but everybody lines up to buy..

I have the first, and ordered this one as well... And I would probably buy a "savage" version if they made that... There IS a reason, because I want it... Just because it's not what you would do doesn't mean other people feel the same way. Why complain about something that doesn't effect you? If you don't want it, don't buy it... Seems simple to me.

But just like with pretty much every new PO, we have to go through a week or two of senseless bitching in the thread before we can actually discuss the figure.

Well, I don't own the first. And if the only difference was red line on the shorts..no I wouldn't buy. And you are wrong that everyone will. Just look thru this thread and the over a hundred posts that say "I have the first I won't buy this". And if everyone bought everything they would never go on sale, would all be waitlisted. Not how it works. Most people don't own 170 hot toys figures. Most people won't buy all 10-11 AoU figures. The "mega" collectors account for a very small percentage of all collectors. People won't drop 270-370 for a red line on shorts. Or red eyes. If hot toys wanted to max sales they make an accessory pack.

Have the first, passing on this one. Those pants are a no-go for me. Also hate the new headsculpt.

Why do people want ragged shorts if he doesn't even wear them in the film? The film isn't even out yet, who knows what's going to be the most prominent look for Hulk?

Two months till the film is released. I think I'm going to be waiting to see what the characters look like for most of the film to determine what figures I want to purchase. I don't need more than 1 Hulk and I don't want 3 or more versions of Ultron either.

I think the shorts are going to look better in the film than they are on the figure. As it's all CGI they can make it fit better to the body than an actual material pair like the ones on the figure.

I do agree that HT will come out with another one. But I also agree with everyone else that it will be much later down the line. Possibly not in the same timeline release for the rest of the AoU figures. However, I also see people downplaying it because not a lot of people are high on this release. Not too many like the open mouth or the look of a modern hulk with stretchy shorts. There's always a market for anything Hulk, among them are completists. The others buyers will probably be the ones who are skipping the current release. Changes may not be just the shorts (people are too focused on this from what I can see), HT could come out with a killer HS and a must have accessory (how about an upper body with a Hulk Thunder Clap pose? <hope it happens in AoU>) or a new Banner figure? We will all find out in due time.

Maybe it's just me, but his face and hair in this pic make him look, well, kinda girlish. Don't know if it's the hair, the mouth and lips, the eyes, but something about it makes me see a girlish face. An unattractive girl to be sure, but just not very masculine. Maybe I'm drunk.

No maybe your right. I found the hulk this figure is made after. WARNING: LOTS OF BAD WORDS
