Yup! Looks good. But I will pass for other figures. I like their creativity in making the pre-smash pose but maybe an actual smash pose would have been better.

i wanna see it leaned over forward as far as it can with head tilted all the way back. like a closer to impact smash

Unlikely to be achieved as the ball joint at the torso does not allow for that much of bend. Also the head would have limited range of articulation. And if the body hunches over, it would topple as it would be top heavy and have no arm articulation to ensure the weight is evenly distributed towards the side. Sadly.

The smash pose torso is going to eat up a ton of space for collectors putting him in Detolfs. They'll need to modify the shelf height to around 20 inches to accommodate him, maybe even more if you'd want to leave some space above him so he doesn't look like he's jammed in a sardine can. That's going to constrict the height of another shelf to something smaller than sixth scale displays I think, but I'm looking forward to see how people choose to display him.

If the top is right at hulk's hands it would look like he's struggling to hold up the shelf.

Why would people WANT a seam? Am I crazy or does this make no damn sense? Why wouldn't they just make them like the one they have there, without the seams?

If they make the torso out of one solid piece wouldn't that create a seam around the entire body? Maybe that's what they're trying to avoid :dunno

It will be interesting for sure.... maybe some people will resort to buying the artist mix series to put on the shelf above :horror :lol

I love the DX Luke diorama piece so I just put my avengers hulk above that and shortened one detolf to 3 shelves. If you have more than one oversized figure it works out great. I am still struggling to decide if I want the hot toys 1/4 boba fett.

They didn't give an official answer. But Budget Stark commented on his video that it could have something to do with preventing future corrosion of the rubber, or something like that.

I dont know if that makes too much sense... its likely because they have to cast it in multiple pieces and assemble it, thus the seems. I dont think that torso is rubber either, but no one really knows at this point

Well I'm glad Hot Toys didnt make an effort to hide it in the promo shots.... that would be disappointing to find on the final figure
