I wonder if HT's plan for the ROTS anniversary is to use this Anakin's new face but with regular sculpted hair + use CW Obi-Wan's face and then release ROTS Anakin + Obi-Wan 2.0

They definitely need to stay away from pleather. Go genuine leather or RnD for better material or builds for these prices.

I think it’s a given. Easy money for hot toys. Sideshow made us buy 2 back in the day. Hot toys did it to us with the original anakin. Probably closer to the rots anniversary. Plus, they will charge us more too.

They will. It’ll be limited exclusive again I would say, easy reuse

I'm pretty convinced that we'll get at least a new sculpted Anakin this year. The character just prints money at this point.

Personally I'd put Maul 2, dark empire Luke and darkside version of this ahead of this one since it's just a new head. If they had done a full body/outfit overhaul like they did for Joker I'd be more hyped.

I sold my LS Anakin knowing this was in the bag. However, Maul 2.0 is a must for me too so much I ordered 2 of them despite having 1.0 and CW and DX18. Love Maul, my favorite SW Character of all time!

Just got a waitlist opportunity for this (and holographic Darth Maul just a few minutes later, oddly enough). It had a shipping estimate so I wonder if Sideshow is expecting this to drop soon? Might mean more wait lists will convert in the next little bit so keep an eye out. I actually got a text on this one and zipped right over to order.
