I wish it's HT's. But looks like it's not. Most HT head sculpt nowadays comes with no neck. But I coul be wrong as well.

That's Iminime's. They're an awesome 1/6 customs company here on our customs section of the forums. Their figures run about $400. They made some special unpainted 1/6 heads as gifts to their VIP fans who will be meeting them after a show in (Cali?) later this month.
