For all we know a second head could be waiting for approval.
Hot Toys might not want to reveal this new head, as the danger might be that it gets the thumbs down by Warner, and then we have the whole Battle Damaged Iron Man fiasco again

I'm glad I'm going to see this on Two for one day at the cinema, it sounds like it's not up to much.
How could they mess up Clash of the Titans for Cris Sake

They messed it up the moment they wanted to make fun of Bubo in the film. Mocking the greatest actor from the first film and deserving of a "Best supporting oscar" was their biggest mistake. Their second was not noticing that during that time period, only eunuchs had buzz cut's. Then comes the lack of the leading ladies bare bottom coming out of a tub and Perseu's mother strenghening him with some lactating breast milk... ("Ohhhh Myyyy", in the George Takei voice..) Third was making Jaws 3 style 3D effect's after we all got to see a real 3D movie called Avatar. I don't understand why these Hollywood producer's don't hire real fan's of the original movie and get the opinion's of the most die hard fan's of what they would like to see.. The Medusa scene in the original is still scary today if you are watching it in pitch darkness with surround sound. The new one looks like it was as bad a job as The Scorpion King's The Rock in Mummy Returns.. Fake looking CGI that has no weight to it. And having the battle in the daytime is also stupid as what made the first one great was the darkness. The Kraken sequence was well done but that was about it. I am hoping this new A-team movie fairs better than this one did..

I thought she did great, not sure how much she actually did since a lot was CGI but I loved her evil laughs and the faces she made.

Mocking the metal owl...fail. Not using medusa's blood on scorpions...fail...black pegasus easily tamed...fail...Perseus with a crew cut...fail..a real disappointment but most remakes are.

Hoping the specs impress me more then this teaser, since I was really looking forward to this figure... liking the Medusa head, but she looks a bit different in the movie, no?

This is just a teaser, so i'll wait till I see more up to date photo's before passing on it.

I do hope the head has more emotion to it though. Also I think he holds his sword in his right hand, and raises Medusa's head with his left to show the Kraken. It could just be the photo is flipped though.

Maybe not 4 1/2 but this NECA figure has a hell of a lot more going for it. Including an appropriate sculpt and cool weathering.


This is more what I was expecting from HT?
