Yeah a new Kyle Reese fron T1 would be perfect and a John Connor, he is like one of the main characters in T2 so HT have to do him, Make a new TT body for it. Sweeeeet.

Yeah, kinda stinks that they just recycled the machine gun from Sarah fr a lesser moment and skipped the launcher that was used I'm trailers an photos heavily to sell the film and became an iconic image, but even NECA never did the launcher.

Yeah, nothing we can do though. Atleast that's the only thing missing.





Still, between the three releases, we do get a pretty definitive T2 T-800 as far as looks and accessories go,

And here I just worked out to get another DX10 body and head.

Oh well.

But Now with this coming with two heads, Once I have this I think Ill go:

DX10 with glasses on Fatboy.
DX10 body with lesser Battle Damage with Mini gun/Cyberdyne scene (Not screen accurate. Me dun carez)
DX13(?) with full on battle damage with grenade launcher.

Then sell off my second DX10 Head.

And then Im good. Wont need any more T2.

How long have we been begging and talking about this damn thing? Now it's finally here!


Now my T-1000s won't outnumber my T-800s in the collection anymore and I can actually group them together in the displays.

I know you're loving that chrome shape-shifting T-1000 a-dev.

And for those that are complaining about this should have been the DX10.

I can see where people can be upset, but IMO, this is one film ICON that deserves two spots in the DX line. The two looks are different enough, And the amount of engineering that had to go into the BD version, packing the two together would have been much more than just a $300 Luke price IMO.

Im glad they went this route, because they can allow each release to shine on its own.

REALLY stoked for this guys. More so than I have been with any other release I think...Maybe more than Luke even. This borders on GRAIL. Seriously.

I honestly couldnt give 2 ****s about EB 1/4 scale..

That's me too - as well as the HT stuff.

From Terminator, to RoboCop - & whatever else is coming, I've picked my 1/6 focus pieces, & refined it further by only buying what I REALLY want.

Earlier I thought maybe I'd buckle for a 1/4 SW figure.. but nah. As it is, I'll be filling a up a few cabinets between all the classic licenses. Anymore hoarding & I'll end up on that wacky collector intervention show.

There's one complaint I could see someone having where I would understand, financial reasons.

I'm sure there are a ton of collectors that don't have the luxury of "buying both" and have to pick and choose. I could see them being upset having just bought a DX 10, then the Battle Damaged DX set they really wanted gets revealed days/weeks after they just got the DX 10. They could only get one. I could see how that might piss off some folks. If it bothers them, they can either sell the DX 10 or save up for the BD, they have plenty of time.


For me though, Battle Damaged was always the one I was gearing up for and waiting to see. Wish fulfilled.

Its not like the DX10 will go down in price, they could easily turn around and sell the DX10 once its sold out everywhere and easily make their money back in turn that can be put towards this release.

But yeah if there is only enough funds or space in ones collection for ONE T2 Terminator. THIS. WILL. BE. IT.

Blown away. Hot Toys have not disappointed. Oh my God. And you're right DiFabio the T-1000 addition is just unbelievable. Who among us here thought they'd include something like that.

Only thing missing is the T-800s shocked expression when his fist goes right through the T-1000. Should be achievable with the PERS googlies!

Everything is great except the full damaged head. That's a real let down. Enterbay owns them on the head sculpt.

And I concur with the consensus that the T-1000 accessory is genius.

I didn't even notice till just now this was a DX. But I guess that was a foregone conclusion.
