Great custom! Yeah that would make a great official release, just like DiFabio's photoshop pics.

I wish they would release these in pairs for specific scenes, this DX14 would be even more awesome posed with a Bruce Wayne, so I really hope HT has the same idea and we'll have a Keaton sculpt for the next Batman so we can make our own customs. And battle damaged figures (like was mentioned earlier this thread with Batman) would be great as well, with a beat-up suit Batman and "you wouldn't hit a guy with glasses" Joker. Sorry for ranting, this figure has really got me eager to see more Burton Batman stuff.

If DX15 is a Keaton bats, do they make a Returns bats or a 2nd 89 bats? Unless they add a Wayne to it, I don't think the BD he received warrants a 2nd.

One of the thing that bugs me is no retailer I go through has him discounted. They have provided me zero incentive to buy from them and now I rather take my business to ssc, which I dont like doing because of ca tax...

Im really trying to see the point of why AE stopped discounting hts. They have lost over $1000 (past month) of my business as ive go through bbts or ssc now.

Hot Toys had so much good license, but they don't do anything with it.

When I think what they did with their Sucker Punch license! Only Amber and Babydoll! But where is Blondie?

Prometheus is lame. Wouldn't mind seeing Robocop but I wouldn't buy it. As far as Amber and the other one, did they sell well? If not, no reason to make more

Don't care about Prometheus. Or X-Men. Or Avatar. Or the Amazing Spider-Man. Or Sucker Punch. Or Johnny Depp. Or any of that anime stuff.



Just keep pumping out '89/Returns, Terminator and Robocop figures and I'll be dandy. It's not like this is the 5th or 10th '89 Batman figure. It's only the third. If the Marvel and TDK stuff can get multiple variations, why not the classics.

Uncle Bingo does look more like Jack - I'll agree there.

DX08 was a little stylized.. as I said. However, both are exceptional pieces - that is what matters, not which one's better - they're both amazing.

I thought from the get go that the DX08 was stylized and could look cartoony at times. Regardless, I love that thing. This sculpt is more realistic looking. To be honest at initial look I thought they just changed the mouth but then I pulled up pics of my Joker and compared them I see that is not the case. I think they used the older one and upgraded it though like adding the wrinkles, changing the mouth etc...

It'll probably be Returns, and yeah I don't think there is a chance of HT doing a BD figure, it's just me dreaming. Although they keep doing it with Iron Man, but I guess it's likely just an excuse to make another IM with little resculpting lol. That's the only hope I see for them doing it with Batman.

As for too much Batman, I don't care a bit about most of the licenses HT has, I mostly want figures of stuff I consider classic, although I'll get some extra ones when I can. I've waited all my life to get some decent Bats figures.

Man of steel will change my Burton only purchases for myself. Hell I would buy Forever and B&R items before any of the crap they are pumping out.

I was REALLY hoping they'd make Blondie too at least.
