Hot Toys Falconer Predator Figure (now with full spec and pics)

I've since changed my mind about preferring Berserker. Falconer is actually much better in retrospect. His body looks alot more balanced armor wise, his dreads are alot easier to make look nice then Berserker and when you have the falcon rigged up he looks brilliant despite the stick. The tri-laser is a bit touch and go. It works but awkwardly. Kind of like my berserker. You have to switch it "on" then half switch it back off for the lights to come on.

The lack of a face doesnt bother me that much. The leg armor is also a little loose but its better than too tight im not worried about a strap breaking. Also the classic skull feels quite heavy and looks superb. Its just a shame i dont know where to put it (eventhough his opened glove hand holds it perfectly).

Only real complaint is its hard to get the stick into his shoulder piece that you attach the falcon to.

He is deffinatly taller than Berserker. But i still prefer Berserker. Also, the gauntlet on his left wrist is part of the actual arm so it cannot be removed. Never knew that.

Yes, taller but only because of the biomask. Take a look at the top of the head/dreds and you'll see they're equal in height. Great comparison pictures. Thank you for sharing you lucky dog!

Interesting note about the gauntlet. Didn't know that either, although there probably isn't a good reason to remove it anyway.

Does the Falconer have the same exact body mold as the Berserker?
It seems to be exactly the same but only a different color scheme. Scales on the chest and legs appear the same.

Also, what do you think about the paint application? That is, does the paint chip around the shoulders, waist, etc. as some have said about the Berserker?

This is very interesting because until i got the figures in hand they looked the same body to me. And Falcon looked a bit taller due to the bio but now i have it in hand im not convinced they are the same body.

Well, im not unconvinced either but ive been sat on eye level looking at them to try and figure out why the size difference is what it is. For some reason i can get falconers legs closer together when in an upright stance where as Berserkers legs will flat out refuse to come any closer than a wide legged stance. Also the neck on my falconer seems taller than Berserker.

But these might only be in relation to my 2 particular toys i dont want to outright say they are different because theres nothing obvious. Other than the left arm is different due to the molded on falcon glove gauntlet piece. But the Falconer figure i have is more notably bigger than Berserker to see in person than it is in the pictures ive taken. For me anyway. Again could just be my 2 particular figures.

Theres also nothing wrong with the paint apps either. I have seen other peoples Berserker with chest wear and my Berserker is also spotless no problems. So ive been fortunate with both.

I think it is Falconer's Bio. It appears to me that Falconer's Bio is larger then Berserker's. I still love both of the figures.

It probably is just a combo of the bio and the leg situation making me think something is up. Its probably the bio making me think the neck is tall too because its so different than Berserkers

Thanks. I saw those, but there really is no sense of how high the falcon is from the top of his head, how it looks with different poses or how the falcon looks on his shoulder, hand etc.
I really want to see what this figure looks like with a half-decent pose.

The falcon cannot go on the shoulder at all. In the hand it looks bad it doesnt sit in it like the skull does. So its pretty much confined to the stick or sitting at the base. It wouldnt even look good if it was blu tacked onto the shoulder because it looks akward in every position.

I took a few more pictures to try and give you a height/distance of falcon to the head though. But im not going to repose my figure as i barely have the stick in the shoulder piece and if i was to lean the figure it would probably fall out and snap the blade off the falcon as it fell.

(The stick is very hard to get into the shoulder it feels like its going to snap so ive barely got it half in just enough so it balances when up right. i dont want to put it all the way in because i fear i wouldnt get it back out without snapping something)

Not that it can be posed that well anyway theres only a few combinations you can have the legs in so it doesnt topple over and the arms dont really do much movement without a feel of strain on the joints.

And just some more eye candy while im taking pictures off my phone..

Its a shame there is no sign of Tracker. Even though he will probably come out its a shame he is a long way off. I want my trio
