Hot Toys - Iron Man 2: Black Widow

I am happy I found one of these last month on Hobby Fan for $160. I cannot justify $250 for one.

I received mine on Tuesday. I must admit, she is such a simple figure but she looks great on the shelf.

Just snapped myself up a Black Widow (sealed too, apparently) for £110. Boom!

shes pretty hard to break, but its when she takes other innocent heroes down with her.

Haven't had that problem with mine.

Falconer on the other hand...I had to make him squat like he's doing you-know-what in order to stabilize him.

I cannot wait for HT to make an Avengers version of her. I love the IM2 one but a lot can be improved.

i think they can give her a blackish grey outfit similar to battlesuit jill and then sculpt her hair. they'll probably give her a better headsculpt too.

I've had the worst luck lately...

The Black Widow I bought on ebay over 2 weeks ago still hasn't arrived, and the ebayer hasn't replied to my message.

Anyone ever dealt with monkeyjoe1978 on ebay before? His previous feedback of selling Hot Toy's was good, and quite recently (since he stopped making contact) he has switched his feedback to being private, and removed all the other items he had for sale. It's not looking good to me.

Those are the things that bother me the most: the shape of her chest and butt (it looks so unnatural), the thick material used for the costume and the consequent lack of articulation.

Darn, I'm tempted to get her since she's also in the Avengers. Gotta wait for her to made in the Avengers license.
