It's weird that it is so much taller than the mkIII since it's so much better proportioned. If you would have asked me I would have said the mkIII suffered from being too tall which makes it look elongated.

i'm hoping gets a nod in iii. It was supposed to be on the wall in stark's lab along with a couple of other suits that would never get actually used but was cut in the final draft.

Gaa! Another hideous 1990s design

All the 1990s nostalgia around here is killing me. It's only a matter of time before Liefeld gets his own artist-centric line of Sideshow statues.

That describes the VAST majority of Iron Man suits. If you don't like those suits, you're not an Iron Man fan.

BS. Just because you don't like one aspect of how things in a fictional work look doesn't mean you're not a fan. I love The Dark Knight but hate the design of Batman's suit in that film.
