I'm just glad the Mark VI includes the Battle Damage. I'd hate for them to doubt dip on that again. Hopefully the Mark V also features BD pieces. We will probabaly have to buy a BD War Machine though (you know they won't pass that up) but hopefully he will come with a full unmasked Rhodey head for a Rhodey bash.

I'm buying the Mark IV or VI for the armor not the RDJ sculpt honestly.
Personally, I'd be embarrassed to admit spending hundreds of dollars on a high-end collectible that people look at and say, "who's that supposed to be?". For the asking price of these figures, the head sculpts should all be as impressive a likeness as Hot Toys new Terminator, Predator, Platoon or Expendables figures.

It was very refreshing to have Hot Toys reveal the Mark VI long before the Mark IV began shipping; for once we could make an educated buying decision about which figure we'd like to own. I wish I could know for sure that a battle-damaged War Machine is coming down the pipe; if I'd waited for a battle-damaged original Predator figure, I'd still be waiting...

As for the Mark V, it'd be a shame for it to not include battle-damaged pieces, considering the Mark V was undamaged in the movie for all of about 6 seconds.

My order of precedence is Mark V ( battle damaged), Mark VI and Mark IV.

I typically buy two characters per film (when available), War Machine is a must the other is Mark VI (at the moment). HT announce Mark V before I pick up Mark VI, naturally Mark V is the choice. If not, Mark VI and WM pretty good second option IMO.

That happens to some of my pieces with even the best of sculpts. :lol I've got pieces from some of the best out there like Trevor, Tim, Andy, Mat, etc. The RDJ sculpt from the mech test is pretty good and folks I think will know. However, the armor folks know who that is right away and thats what I want already. :lol

War Machine is out and in hand before the stark sculpt on the mark iv has even been shown??? These went up for preorder on the same day back in April correct?

No. War Machine was specced on March 17, and the Mark IV was specced on April 16.

Oh for ____ sake, stop posting awesome pics of the Mark IV. I've already decided I only want to get the Mark VI. Don't make this harder than it has to be :lol
:D Just keep reminding yourself that the Mark IV is exactly the same as the Mark VI apart from the chestplate and paint scheme, only the VI has half-a-dozen extra features and a whole other display mode ;)

Damn thats a fraking awesome pic. Just get us the armor already and mail out the stark sculpt later. :lol
