Looks like a MK2 missing the rivets. For SDCC? Is this a joke?

you've have to be the nuttiest completist ever if you got the original mark 2 and this one. maybe the back is half painted in red and gold - a mark 2.5.

or it could be a custom that someone's having a laugh with. i doubt HT would release another iron man so similar to mark 2.

I've just found out its a 'crossover' project between HT and another company. I could be wrong, but I have a feeling it may be in 'corporate colours' as the palette will be dark grey and green. Sounds strange, but I'm assured it looks cool.
Definetly one for completeists, but knowing HT track record it'll be an exclusive in v-low numbers and sell out faster than Bono visiting his accontant!

In the Q&A that Hot Toys responded to over on one sixth warriors a while back they stated an intention to get into convention exclusives.A road that is paved with misery as far as im concerned but there we go.

I instantly thought stealth, but I'm assured by a reliable source that it's a grey and green variant????

It kind of makes you think 'pass', but you just know it's gonna have something to make your jaw drop and break down and sell another organ just to have all the IRONMAN figures...

I hate convention exclusives because I never go to them. Don't think I'd be interested in this one that much anyway unless it is like a War Machine with shoulder cannons.

Toys2 emailed me a shipping notice. Mark II will be delivered on April 22.

What I'm shocked at is... Toys2 normally 99.9% always gets it a good 3 - 4 weeks in advance before AHQ.

Yes, it's weird. Both the Mark II and Hellboy figures I've ordered from Toys2 are just now shipping, when I expected them to release earlier in the month, or in March.

Could it be attributed to Hot Toys stock shipment?
