The Will sold me on this line. I'll be getting him and the first Jack. I'll pass on Keira until they make a COTBP or DMC version, and I won't be getting Sao.

I would like Sao Fang eventually to round out the line but he's definitely not on the Priority list. I can't wait to PreOrder Will and Cannibal Jack....HT needs to stop with the teasing already. :D

Sao is incredible in person. If you do come by one you won't regret it. Nice move ordering Jack Adam, you have made a very wise choice. :rock

While it's true that Hot Toys makes great figures, you are paying a premium. We all agree their attention to detail is superb, but some of their product research is lacking still, so there is room for more improvement. Consider their quality control of the Aliens Warrior. I will say it's good to see their transition to seriously good sculpts, costuming, paint apps and willingness to take on design challenges, like the Preds, Aliens, Ed-209 and Power Loader. They definitely are the 1/6th pinnacle.

Hot Toys don't have discounts, sales, competitions, free stuff in their packages, or a reputable customer service, or fan based relations.

What sucks is this drawn out re-issuing of past product. Robocop, Superman/Kent, now PotC. It's not fan oriented but greed oriented. Whatever the case these are plastic moulded production line items, so they cost a minimum, and whereas Sideshow products reflect that, Hot Toys doesn't. I know, an arguable comment.

Hot Toys packaging is flash, agreed, but it is way oversized, therefore it increases shipping costs and takes up valuable storage space, so they aren't terribly environmentally conscious either. Also, while some items are collectibles, in that they are limited issue items, others don't have any information regarding their run sizes, so who knows? A minor point.

Great figs but, and they don't come with twisty ties, as far as I know. Except for Sao Feng. What went wrong Hot Toys??? Why? Why? Why?

Back to the point, Will I hadn't considered, but it looks so good. Arrrghh.

Well said Creecher... I think they all have their ups and downs. And you pay for what you want and that should be good enough.

Also, I would love to get a 5 pack of Jack heads... that would be an awesome accessory from HT. Kinda like the Jack Skellington Figure NECA released with the 10 or so different heads.

Sao is incredible in person. If you do come by one you won't regret it.

Quite right. I don't associate Feng with the movie, like most do. I view him as an oriental pirate, so I had to have him. He's got an amazing combination printed, embroided, sculpted cloth outfit. He's great.

ALTERNATIVE JACK SCULPT CONFIRMED

Its nice that they're doing the smirk but that I don't see much Depp in that headsculpt. But Cannibal Jack, insane! Better than the cinemaquette, and one of the best likenesses I've ever seen! It not only captures his likeness but the character as well. I don't see how anyone can see that figure on display and not chuckle. Its fantastic.

Pity about no Jones though.

Cannibal Jack looks great! but the smirk version seems a bit off... im still waiting for Imaresqd1 to finish his version... This is my current fav smirk sparrow.

I thought thats what usually happens to the eyes when u smile or smirk

Big smiles yeah, but I can smirk without squinting, and a defining trait of Jack was that he always had wide eyes but for a few moments when he would squint in a very serious manner. It might not even be the squinting, just somehow, the eyes seem to small for the face.
