Definitely buy it. It’s my least favourite alien from the movies but it’s the best HT alien I own. I love it. But watch out for the leg when assembling, it’s a bugger to put on.

It reminds me both of the Roland emmerich Godzilla and also one of the Orc types from Return of the King - the thing near the end when aragorn leads the army to the black gate and this creature comes out on a horse to taunt them about Frodo being killed. It doesn't remind me of the Alien from the 1979 film of the same name unfortunately which apparently its supposed to be based on.

Thats the one! Its the chin and the over-thick lip area framing the teeth bringing that to mind. I dunno, maybe I'm just grasping at new and inventive ways to slag off the figure!

and it's far from sold out everywhere. in fact, several places have it like $15 cheaper than SSC.

In that pic, if you can imagine the mouth closed with just the grinning silver teeth, it might just work.

Was there any adjustment made to the Pred in that pic? He looks much larger than Dutch there, and in most others pics I've seen he doesn't seem that massive compared to Dutch. Alien seems a bit too tall even to Dutch, but will probably look impressive against those larger Nostromo suits.

Looks about the same height difference with my Predator and touch standing together. Height discrepancies look different in photos and face to face, I've found.

that's the cheapest i've seen it so far.
and that's still more than i'd pay for it. anything over $100 is pushing it for this thing.
it'll get cheaper closer to xmas like everything else. just keep an eye out for it on google.

This is the BEST 1/6 Alien figure on the planet so get used to it before they all get sold out and you have to pay big bucks from the dealers to get one because you will need it to complete your set. VERY LIMITED EDITION for the 30th Anniversary.

And DON"t hold your breath for another figure because we have the best Alien already and everyone but a small terrorist group of flooders bombarding the internets with negativity and plain stupidity about it like when new movies on piratebay are posted.

Comment after stupid comment repeated over and over because they think they are influencing something. You will only be wasting your time for the good of the company.

Hot Toys can't even spell correctly on their own website so what make any of you think they would waste their time reading a bunch of idiots on the attack. HA HA HA.

I don't know why a small group of people are being so hate filled and hostile about a magnificent 1/6 like this. ITS AWESOME IN IT'S AWESOMENESS! And all the detailed photos here give you a good taste of that. We have seen so many photos that we know that now.


There is so much more to this than that. It's irrational to hat this figure. 23 people on the WWW only complain and hate about this. They can't please everyone and that's a very good result by any stretch of the imagination. All the hate comes from this thread.


Have a smoke sit back and soak in the coolness of this 1/6 fig.

ALV, I recommend lightening up a bit, yes some people are passionately hung up on their perspective on this figure, but that's how it's been since day one, you're a new member and if you come around here calling people trolls, you're likely to make enemies very quickly. If you enjoy the figure as is, great, but I wouldn't start your time at this site getting on people's cases.
