This thread is a big... My Comedian and DX02 Bats are both normal no leaks or any other problems... I also have many other rubber body based figures the oldest being Krauser form RE4 he is still perfect even after leaving his armas bent for days even months at a time no cracks or anything... Dont mean to rude but I dont believe any of the rubber problems or leaks... Ill believe it when Ive seen it which will be never... I dont know maybe Hot Toys changed the rubber process between the newer and older figures??? I dont know what all of you are doing with your figures ether... None of mine are in display cases with big brite and hot lights shining on them ever day that might have a big impact on the rubber porblems???
Well I dunno. I don't really see the need for the snarky attitude that we are seeing. This is supposed to be a community where we are free to discuss ideas and help each other out without judgement.
Obviously you know I've been following these posts and even offering a few suggestions myself.
Ive just seen you verbally assault the poor guy who offered the suggestion about armor all and anytime anyone else offers some suggestions you go out of your way to put them down. it's not the most productive thing in the world.
Maybe that was the wrong thing to do with the armor all, hell I don't know but at least he offered ideas? I'm not trying to throw you under the bus or anything, obviously you seem to have some prior knowledge to these kinds of things from the batman situation or whatever but remember not all these guys have that figure or have one that had any problems. I know your pissed, i feel your pain, trust me man we all are. These things cost too much money to fall apart after a year and yes Hot toys should do something but if they don't we all want the problem gone regardless.
If you have some feedback to share that's constructive i can promise you we'd all you know your insight. I for one would and I say that with sincerity, But let's just keep the discussion constructive please. like if we were all in a room talking and not hiding behind computer screens, we can be civil and supportive. I for one welcome suggestions from other members and don't want to see them discouraged for sharing.
Now that that's said, what I came here to post about was I wanted to let everyone know that, if it comes down to the fact we may need to replace the rig, I want all the guys who bought smiley decals from me before to know that I'll send whoever needs more at no cost other than covering me for postage... Whatever we can do to keep costs down for fixing up this damn thing that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
People are gonna believe what they want to, but the photographic and anecdotal evidence on the boards here is not in dispute. I've personally experienced leakage with the DX Batman (newer figure), and the fragile rubber of the Rocky and Rambo bodies is well documented. If you think something is only real if it happens to you, well. . .good luck with that philosophy.
Also, the idea that the leakage is caused by lack of care relating to the figure is kind of insulting. We've had complaints from those who displayed it the day the figure came out. People who have never opened it, people who displayed and it and put it in storage and those who bought it recently and opened it. It seems that no matter what anyone did with their figure the leakage has happened or will. I'm not sure there was anything anyone could do to prevent it besides store it in a freezer.

Comedian has been proven leaking right out of a factor box. But thanks for trolling!
Maybe you are just so far up your own ass that you don't actually see what's around you? That makes a lot of sense to me. Have you noticed a brown tinge to your eyesight or any ass type vision impairment?
LOL anyone on this site that has the balls to speak his or her mind is a troll as far as Ive seen... So yeah call me a troll and forget me cause my figures dont have leaks... I did say that I wasnt trying to be rude before did I not???
There are pics that clearly show the issue. I bet you either did not check your Comedian yet (look at the back and raise the leather shotgun holster) or you dont even own a Comedian. Anywayas long as you are happy I feel good for you.
Matter of fact I did check my Comedian behind the Shotgun case there is no oil or leak... How ever there is a very strange air type bubble thingy in the rubber I dont know what it is it was not there when I first got him out of the box... But you cant see it anyway when hes on the shelf and the Shotgun case dose cover it... So its no big deal in my book...
