There's a dude in China charging 60 bucks for the jawless rubber mask. I think that's way over priced.

It's not. But there are issues with this as well. I think this will be astounding in person though.

The NECA sculpt is excellent. Really captures the look of Arnold and gets the proportions right but it lacks the finer detials and realism in sculpt and paint that you expect (and can only really get) from a high end figure.

Its funny. In the NECA thread they are stating that there are aspects of the NECA sculpt that are better. Which is not a definitive statement that the NECA sculpt is better. Grey areas. I've stated many times that obviously the NECA figure cannot rival the Hot Toys for realism in its overall finish which is a significant point that the anti-lowenders keep pretending I didn't say because it is convenient for them to do so.

If you look at these things in a balanced manner you can see the better points and the shortcomings of each one - hence me saying previously, in this thread I think, that I wish I could have a hybrid figure that combined only the best points about the Hot Toys and the NECA. Detail and finish of the Hot Toys, overall shapes and dimensions of the NECA.

Neca may have got the shape of his head right, but take off the glasses and it looks nothing like Arnold and the skin is very ruff.

But I don't think it matters if one is better than the other. Completely different figures. One is a high end fully detailed figure the other a cheap all plastic Suncoast figure.
