I think you've got more pull with him, I'm an occassional shopper, seems like you don't go in that store without walking out with something new.
That's when you know you've got a dealer you can count on, sitting on a figure that's 4-5 years old and still willing to advise a loyal customer that it's a bad purchase 
I've never been charged customs on a parcel received from Toys2 if thats what you're asking - not even the Tumbler!...least not that I recollect.

Very true but then I also think he knows that my wallet is really his, my paycheck is really his and he is my religous leader

it's so convenient to drop by there after work I have to actively setup myself not to take that route at least 4 times a week
Eric wouldn't be happy with me at the moment. I only have 2 orders with him right now. At any given time last year I probably had 5 or 6! I've been tempted by many things but I'm giving it my most serious effort to reduce my toy expenditure.

I only have the T-800 on order with Toys2. Usually, it's just not financially a good option to go through them, love the service and all, but the cost difference is usually significant so unless it was something I couldn't wait for or the TDK stuff where there weren't a lot of options to shop from, I've gone elsewhere. Though for the T-800, with Sideshow's higher starting price and recent shipping increases, Toys2 is about equal or less in total than going through Sideshow.
Oh. I do have a second on order from Sideshow actually. I can't remember if I've ever been charged customs on an order from them though.
I would have put my orders with Toys2 but the way things have went with Hot Toys recently has shattered my confidence. I know it's because it's a rubber figure but the thought of future bust products isn't giving me confidence right now with them.
Plus the way Hot Toys customer service is or rather the way they are handling things also doesn't spark any great confidence for me with them.
They've done this 2 - 3 times now with their quality control. John Connor, The Tumbler, DX Batman. They can do something again. So I've been putting orders in with sideshowtoy currently for later releases.
Plus the thing thats making me hum and haw is reading the EU thread regarding import custom fees, seems to be conflicting reports with £45 for an item.
I don't like the thought of pre-ordering with toys2 incase I need to cancel. I don't have a problem for when it's in stock.
Oh not at all. It's very small especially compared to your typical American/Canadian store but he is in a "chinese" where it is comon to have real small store sizes. I would guess his store being 10ft by 20ft plus a small backroom. He got everything stacked, the walls are not visible
I am on the chubby side these days so I always have to be careful to walk and turn slowly in there
Well that's another factor for me with Toys2, the cancellation fee, if I order with them, I pretty much commit to getting the order no matter. Like if I cancel one of my T-800s, it'll be the Sideshow order.
