The helmet didn't take too much damage though. Could be an alternative Tony sculpt:
the minimate had one:

but HT would have probably made a bigger deal out of that wouldn't they have? The heavy odds are we'll get nothing more than what was solicited.
Good points. I agree HT would have made a big deal out of another RDJ sculpt, but ya never know :)
Ah so things must be going well with you and the Mark V ,you guys officially in a relationship yet? ..i always thought you two would make a great couple.;)
:lol :pfft: :nana: :thud:

I beg to differ about the Mk.IV head sculpt.
That's such a great likeness of RDJ that I've used that exclusively on the Mk.IV body instead of the helmet.

I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in this either.
Not at all my good sir. I have mine posed with the head sculpt. He is holding his helmet and his donut. (Mmmmm...donut):hi5:

why am i the only one pulling their weight around here posting pics! haha

It's a shame I'll pretty much never see the back while on display. The back on that is beautiful.

Is it me, or do the hips stick out too far in those pics? Maybe its just the angle, but too me it looks like the leg sits too far out.

I don't think we'll get any special surprises with this one. What we see, is what we'll get. '

These flaps look like they move? cos i'm pretty sure the MK V cant fly

There's every possibility they will do and the mark V suite does have flight capability, we just never saw it in the film as the scene featuring the suite (though it was awesome to watch) was too short to put a flight action in as well, some of the display pics you see of this figure do show it 'in flight', don't mean to burst your bubble or anything buddy

You may be right, i thought i read somewhere that this suit didnt have the thing that stopped the MK 2 from icing over in the first film, and as an emergency compact suit didnt have the capabilities for flight

Its anyones guess really, in my mind it wouldn't, just cos otherwise if Tony'd beef up the armour he wouldnt need that machine to put the suit on, for the MK VI.

The flaps look loose on the back of this figure so maybe HT has better facts than we do.

Oh and :welcome1:

Very good point about the armour nova force, the suite barely copes against whiplash (you can see starks racing suite through it!). But as its an emergency suite, he may have built in flight capability...just incase it was required, who knows, nonetheless, its still cool, nice touch when tony just 'pushes' the car out of the way with his leg lol

Weren't these pics posted about 6 months ago?

possibly. but they are nice, and the thread is aboutt he figure, so i figured people would like to see them, and i didnt feel like diggin through 100's of pages of people making fun of eachother to find out if they ahd been posted before.

I believe the MK V was depicted in the IM2 game to be able to fly but i'm not sure if its considered canon.

Kind of a dumb question (i noe...considering the diff in price and the fact they're diff characters), but if you had to choose one, which would it be? The Mark V or the Spiderman 3 figure?
