So I've been hunting and waiting for the original Mech Test figure to show up somewhere at a reasonable price while eyeballing this figure from a distance. As my patience begin to run out for mech test this became more and more attractive. As the figure began to arrive in hands and everyone started posting pictures and sharing very positive reactions to this figure I decided that this would be my Tony Stark. Pulled the trigger today and bought it on eBay at regular price with free shipping which I was VERY surprised to find. Cant wait for it to arrive!!

In case of people with a Detolf, you can fit the main circular base with the outer mesh platform in no probs but that's it.. Not the steps or card edges or other bits... And you won't get the table or robot in at all. See my picture, I just went for the main centre stand cos I don't want all the good bits sat in the box..!

Got mine on Wed. Simply AMAZING!!! I have lots of SS/HT from a few years back, this is leagues better in detail and quality it looks fragile but he feels solid.

In this setup is there enough room for the work table to slide in front of or behind the circular base?

^^^ Looks like there is, there looks to be just about 2 inches in front of the base left above those LEDs which you can slide the base forward and then slide the table behind it.

That's what I was thinking… just plotting on my display options while waiting for it to show up. I think with some arranging I can fit Tony on the circular base, the table, robot and my Mark IV in there without it looking overcrowded.
