How's there shipping?
Great. They ship it out double boxed but you do get the item a month after SSC so it is up to you. IMO it's worth it since you get a discount and their reward points. The only thing on your part is if you're willing to wait the extra length to get the figure.

Doesn't sound too bad, makes me wish I still worked at my old place. Stopped by there to see if they had this is in the system, the cost it would've been was around $210.

Guess you've just come back from the screening :)

Yeah... but nope, I saw the movie 2 days ago, but I like it since it was announced and I was waiting to order once it was release but after seeing that most of the figures are sold out I won't let it slip away

Ended up pre-ordering this and the MK 42 after seeing the film, still want some more suits from the film tho, just none of the ones announced so far.

Finally found a good pic of the MK42 where it's posed well and the gaps are significantly less visible, as all i want it to do is stand behind stark it convinced me to get it. Still think it was over-priced tho.

Did you PO from ABC? He was up at a good price, then sold out, then up again with a considerable increase in the price and now has vanished from their site. :lol Guess the demand got high after folks saw the movie.

anyone know of any programs that will refine/sharpen an image for you? Not a picture editor but one that could improve the quality of the pic, csi like when the zoom in and make the image clear. Might not even exist just wondered, want a nice crisp detail print of the hall of armors

Unfortunately there really isn't a way to do that. Digital images are different than traditional film and can't be enlarged while maintaining their fidelity.

All that CSI "enhance" stuff is pretty much made up for drama tv. Video doesn't work that way. All you get when you zoom in are bigger blocky pixels.

Thought so, will keep up the hunt for a larger & better Hall of Armors picture

no, you cant sharpen or improve on data that isnt there.

the most you would ever get is an approximation from a program that did this, which wouldn't be very good for high detail or fidelity

This is all I could find

Well, yes and no. There are plug-ins for Photoshop that allow you enlarge a picture without as much loss of quality because it extrapolates the pixels needed. Nothing as accurate as TV shows and movies show. That being said, there are definitely limits, and sharpening pictures without the data there doesn't work well. As long as it's just about maintaining though you can go some way in making it happen.
