Yes I did. And yes, I did.

Basically, you can get your NRD back on anything that gets pushed back/delayed as long as you call them. You'd have to provide your CC number over the phone if the order was placed over a certain time period.

Not that I have anything against anyone saving a buck, but why do you guys think this is going to end-up getting marked down? I'd be surprised if it even went giftcard eligible, honestly. Regardless of its role in IM2, the armour itself is a fantastic design. For me it's on par with Monger, maybe in some ways better. I don't get the impression either that it'll be a big run, so I could see it selling out pretty fast once the in-hand pics come out.

This and the Rocket & Groot set are at the top of my list followed by Thanos. This Whiplash just looks AWESOME to me!

I predict this is one of the figures that will go way up in value to people reselling them on eBay in the following years.

Nothing HT does nowadays can't be had for a deal online. Even on this board, a new thing comes out, and people sell stuff at a loss all the time. Probably not triple rewards like other shelf warmers, but I can see this guy getting a discount down the line.

There's just zero reason/incentive for me to get anything at full price anymore, except for the rare exception of course.

True it could end up discounted or somebody selling it at a loss but i just hate waiting and searching for that deal.

There is one reason. To make sure they keep getting made. If every figure ends up clearanced out then beat case they cut both the amount and diversity of what's made.

For me if its a figure I like I got no problem paying a but extra up front from an authorized retailor. If you don't like paying retail, do you preorder and then cancel?

And I understand that. By my buying habits have changed recently, and I seriously don't see the need to pay full price on SOME pieces.

Make no mistake, HT Optimus Prime is a day one purchase for me, as it would be Batman Returns. Some other licenses, in m case, can wait for the discount bin.

Thanks for the info. I already had 1 flex payment charged though, wonder if that will change things..

I remember a few months ago SS had double rewards on this fig and asked if they could apply it to my order since i PO'ed day 1. They couldn't do it. So, I'm sure eventually they will do it again.
