Well, it's not as bad in hand. That's a close up so it enhances everything, but it is noticeable.

The sculpt is terribly outdated... I remember when people would say that it holds up... no it doesn't. It looks like turd side-by-side with DX11.

Pants are also baggier, more accurate, as opposed to the original v1, which have a tapered, 'bootcut' effect:

I think they both hold up (slicked and reg.). Mine don't look anything like that unflattering, blown up shot from cooltoyreview. There were also differences in paint between batches.


In fact, I was just going through my old photos, and man, looking back I was completely satisfied with these guys before DX 01 and DX 11. Doesn't even seem like that long ago.

This is mine after going back to look at it, the clothing is **** and the velcro is horrible. The look of the new clothing looks nice but those are production photos wih perfect lighting etc.

Oh, I see.

I can certainly see Ledger in the proto of the BR Joker head that difabio posted, but not so much on the actual production ones. It seems the head sort of warp during the casting, IMO.

I'll preserve my judgement for now, until I have the BR v2. But so far, I really like the DX11. It aint no lmaresqd accurate, but in hand, it really have Ledger likeness. Surprisingly it isnt photogenic for some reason.
