There are a few members who thinks the V1 is better overall, since it has a removable mask, and 2 joker headsculpts.

The EB headsculpt is better than any HT Ledger sculpt, in that it really looks like Ledger from certain angles, but it's too narrow and has it's own set of issues.

I see. I've been wanting to snag one of those but the price is just very prohibitive.

It's mostly because there are characters that have not been done yet that collectors are clamoring for, yet they choose to redo ones that have been done already. I do appreciate the updates to the bank robber joker bag, but that is probably about it. Already have the original, don't really need a new one, the toys fair spot could've been used for Ra's, or Blake, or Commissioner Gordon (like they had a few years ago) or hell, a new Scarecrow. I'd take a Talia as well, or Fox, though they still have that other armory that hasn't surfaced yet...

No, because the people that "miss out" need more opportunities to snag new releases that other people will manage to miss out again and again. It's just a vicious circle.

It's all about happy customers.

Howard will milk the living **** out of this line.

But truly speaking, I wouldn't mind a Ninja Bruce TBH. I never cared much about Rah's but it still would be nice to see some variety. But we can use more Joker.

Thing is, so many keep clamouring on for these year after year and Hot Toys know thats not what the public will get. Look at the Nurse, People are so adamant it's what they will get yet all the information thats out proves it wont be happening.

I'm so happy to be getting this! Never had a Ledger Joker, and I want to rebuild my Batman Nolan collection as I had to sell off my Batman Begins DX and Selina Kyle figures. Things are better now and I can't imagine parting with this!

The V1 can look just fine with proper futzing. Not my pics.









When I first got this figure in 08, I thought no way would I ever use the masked sculpt because the other portrait was so good. When I got the Dx11 that all changed, and I threw the mask on it and mine now looks very similar to the first pic up there^ and I fell in love with it all over again. Looking over my BRJ folder.. the tailoring was all over the place in regard to the pants. Some were skinny, some baggy, some in between. Of coarse the makeup was also all over the place.
