but for real people i contact here in the Netherlands Hot Toys stores and the told me that this Joker never will comes in this Land, so i hope sideshow come with a better price then ebay does

and i can not make a account on sideshowtoy.com because i dont have a CreditCard :(

And honestly, if/when Hot Toys gets to a ridiculous "DX 3.0" they'll probably charge that much anyway.

Anyone that is still in need of a regular purple, "clown shape" should be able to get one reasonably. There are a lot of options. You just have to be patient and check often. Deals can be had.

well i got paypal but when i want to make a account the ask me cardnumber and all

You can set up Paypal with a bank account instead of a credit card as your funding source.

:lol Sarcasm noted. Seriously though, my avatar is a much more integral character to the TDK trilogy (and Batman in general) than Reese.

In terms of importance, I'd put Fox on par with Alfred as Bruce's moral compass, and I'd even put him right behind Gordon as Batman's crimefighting ally (even though most of his assistance is done remotely--in TDKR, he does put himself at risk to help).

If Gordon and Alfred get figures, surely Batman's Q deserves one too. The problem is, like I said before, he's a "guy in a suit" and it's hard to think of a character specific-prop that is both visually interesting enough and small enough to bundle with him.

Eh, I actually agree with you about Fox.

If they can make Alfred, they should do Fox even if the two of them aren't toyetic. I'm actually not opposed to the idea of a 1/6 Morgan Freeman with more, lame Batman gear. They could do something with Begins stuff, like maybe an actual first nightout suit that doesn't have a bat on the chest. Why not? Honestly, as long as I never see Rachel, Blake, Miranda Tate or other secondary, secondary characters, I won't bat an eye.

Get Ra's, Fox, regular Gordon, the Batsignal and possibly a "repainted" Two-Face that is closer to the original prototype, out there then kill off the line.

To begin your account, you must have a valid credit card (defined as a credit card with available funds and displaying a current expiration date).

so i can chance it only when i got a account ..

I wouldn't be shocked if the Rises Armory (if it gets produced) comes with Blake, Fox, or both if they plan to do another Figure/Armory set. and then do Gordon with the Bat Signal.

I've been thinking about the likelihood of Hot Toys putting out another purple suit Joker and something interesting occurred to me--what if Hot Toys looks at its business the way a book publisher looks at their business? You always keep the evergreen titles in print.

We've gotten a bunch of Jokers and a bunch of Iron Men, because fans clamor for them, but also because, from Hot Toys' perspective, new collectors entering the hobby need to be able to buy the evergreen figures, the best and most popular figures Hot Toys has produced--the Jokers, Iron Men, Bale Batmen, and so on--because if they can't, and if they're forced to go the ebay route, not only is that money that Hot Toys isn't making, but ebay prices could potentially dissuade new collectors from starting a Hot Toys collection in the first place. So maybe Hot Toys' business plan is to keep doing reissues of the evergreens, with little changes to keep the old guard collectors from crying foul--like the exclusive Bank Robber Joker and his new paint job. Once a reissued figure falters in the market, then it will be given a rest--but only then. So in twenty years, if we get another iconic Joker performance in the movies, maybe Hot Toys will stop producing Ledgers, but until then, maybe we'll be getting reissues every five years.

I wouldn't say any of their 1/6 Bale Batman figures have been their "best". Most popular, sure, but far from their best.

That DX 12 head, eyes and mouthpieces were/are a travesty. We knew even at the time that they could do better. I'm no conspiracy theorist, but I bet they did too.

I have to agree. I used to love my DX12, then when I got the 1/4 It made me look at the DX12 in a whole new light.

Regarding the Dx11, let's not forget their are 2 versions..the inclusive version (Grumpy mask, detonator) is always going to be considerably more $.

I agree though, I moded the **** of 12 to make it look presentable. Fat suit and all.:lol

For me, I'd be happy with just Ra's, but I'd buy all the secondary characters from your lists anyway. I'm always up for new bat-characters no matter how obscure, but I'm much more interested in other bat-properties at this point (Returns, '66 and '89). I might even buy a Two-Face 2.0 just so I could display my old version as Harvey and the new as Two-Face.

The Ace Toys CEO appears to be a good likeness to Freeman. Thats not a bad price to get a man in suit for a place holder. I haven't seen in hand photos yet for it, but looks decent.

True. Other than the original BRJ, none of the TDK 1/6 figures have been mind - blowingly awesome for their time. I do like both the DX02 and DX12 in the HK with Wayne head getup though. Probably my favorite look for both of those figures.

well then i need to order it on ebay if i not can make a account on that site -.-
Relax fella, you will be able to obtain this figure for a fair price. Be patient it isn't going anywhere.

That's the plastic crack addiction talking. :lol

Yup. So many people put up a brave front at first, and then it's...

:lol I can't deny that.

I could not agree more with you on these two statements.

Seriously, RaBu. If you want one you will get one. You need to settle down and be patient. I can tell you're a high strung person with all the PMs you sent me yesterday about the display stand that you broke. Relax.
