Just talked with Tesa. She says the singles just shipped from HK so it'll be awhile. The two packs, flexers are getting shipped out first. The full pays are still at port.

From my experience Ive noticed flex payers tend to get notices and shipments faster, that has been the case for me except for one but cant remember which one it was. Thats why I just do 2 payment flex on everything.

Was it with DX07 Luke because I think that was my first time using flex and the full payers got shipped first.

No ive only been collecting for about a year (i only mention that because I believe that Luke was released awhile ago), it was either the stealth, or the 43. I was so mad that I kept calling them asking for an explanation.....i went crazy.. not a good time.

There's a difference between pre-paid full-pay and no-pay full-pay. Are pre-paid orders getting filled first too? I should think they'd be the highest priority of all.

I agree the flex payers should get processed first. Without a doubt. SS has been taking their money the whole time. But that's not always the case.

Talked to her to....... she could have told me that but nooooooo........ just could not give me a straight answer like that.... Asked when they will be charging "shortly"
Asked if they will ship out this week "we dont know" Well she clearly knows nothing or just misread what I asked... she must have knew that they wont be for a long time considering they are a ******* boat thousands of miles away.

Now I made a payment on my card because I assumed I would be charged for the singles soon, but I guess ******** not. Was gonna use some of that cash towards Force Friday.... hopefully two figures are revealed from TFA for Friday that are ready to ship same day...... guess I will be paying a small amount via Credit Card now.....

I really hate SSC customer service, coupled with the long wait and differing answers....... I can see my PO days are done from them.

I'm really starting to lean towards not preordering from them any more as well. If I knew a reliable HK seller I'd likely just order over seas. I don't like the differing answers and the "we don't know" crap from them.

Maybe his original sculpt is. Not what we got with SS final product. Night and Day. I'd feel embarrassed displaying that sculpt. Only redeeming quality was covering it up and displaying that way.

And while I haven't gotten HT Han in hand yet, I am trusting the unversal opinion on this one. Is it perfect Ford? Don't think so. But is it worth the money? Hell yeah it is. To me it is.

While I think the SSC Han sculpt looks more like Ford than the HT in an empirical sense, I agree with you. The hatted SSC Hoth Han does look like an overweight eskimo from certain angles - lack of sculpt detail, skin tone too dark, puffy eye issue noticeable (though not much of a problem 1:1 in-hand.) The HT really looks great with that hard top light illuminating it (and with a high-end camera,) but under neutral lighting, the likeness drops away a bit and the expression gets bland.

It comes down to a choice of $200 SSC Tan Solo or $230 HT Harrison Bored, which at the extremes HT fanboys and SSC apologists battle out... when neither is a bullseye.

But the big question for me on HT Han is answered in the statement "Is it perfect Ford? Don't think so." The Hoth Han was worth it because the outfit and accessories carry it. In terms of display, ANH Han is 80% about headsculpt accuracy, while Hoth Han is the reverse - the outfit/accessories pretty much 80% carries the figure (and yeah, you can scarf/hood him and still have Han Hoth.)

With the HT Bespin Han not far away, you have to wonder how this HT Han sculpt will be viewed in 3 years time next to a much closer (or maybe not?) HT Bespin Han. This current HT Han has hair that is somewhere between ANH and ESB anyway, so they'll likely be interchangable. I really wish HT figs were still in the $170 range - makes it easier to pull the trigger on a really pretty nice but non-bullseye Han sculpt that has a V2 right around the corner.

I agree about the likeness issues, but I still think that iconic ANH costume (even as simple as it is) adds quite a lot of display value, as proven so well by Para's pics. And hey, if you've got the right kind of overhead lighting like he does, which seems to really improve the sculpt, then even better.

Yeah but I suspect that even SSC Han might look pretty good with professional-looking top lighting and a high end camera. He looks "decent" with a quick snap (below) and cost me all of $0... but then I guess some would argue that's all he's worth.:lol

Chewy's a no-brainer but HT Han's a very tough call at $230 - I've ordered and cancelled then re-ordered and it's driving me a little nuts.:slap HT Luke and Leia are pretty much bullseyes... Han isn't.
