I guess Sideshow don't stock any medium or larger sized cardboard boxes for shipping. Amazon or Walmart will often ship something as small as a toothbrush in a box big enough to hold two Rocket+Groot 2-packs.

This. I ordered a pack of flints and a wick for a zippo lighter and it came in a box that would have held 10 blurays.

Hmm. Is that often the case with Sideshow now? I prefer a pack-out, though BBTS seem to offer it less and less, and the last time I had a delivery from Sideshow I asked for it, paid the extra $10, and didn't get the pack-out. Box was dinged affecting the inner box and I ended up having them replace the inner box. Same problem with BBTS, box was crushed, my Dead Space figure was packed with a NECA figure. Not much inner packaging. Box was crushed and the NECA figure crushed the Dead Space packaging. I ended up having that replaced as a part was missing from the figure anyway, and the replacement got delivered perfect.

I've never had any of my three past shipped orders from BBTS not ship in an additional box - no special request needed. Just picked up the Stromtrooper 2-pack this past week and it came within a much larger box padded with crushed construction-type packaging paper.

I have a standing request on my account for pack-outs. However, sometimes (like with Rocket/Groot) they say the shipper is too big to offer this service, and they just slap a shipping label on the shipper. After a cross-country trip, there is almost always damage in those cases: blunted corners, perforations, etc. Hoping Han/Chewy get a pack-out.

I'm going to assume it's a full box two pack like Rocket and Groot, Cap and Rogers, Stormtrooper two pack etc.

Yeah, but I need to use my RP. I've been building these up for some time and wanted to drop them on something worthwhile. I reckon this is it. I really want that two pack, but I'll settle for th e singles if I must.

That route I guess you could use the points on the singles, but if you really want the two pack, might want to hop on the waitlist. :\
